Do you still print your pictures?

Nowadays there is this digital photo frame where in you can store all your precious photos and display them with any music background of your choice. You also save your pictures in your computer and use a slide to view them. With all this technology, do you still print your pictures? Well, I still do. I think I still like holding them in my hands and taking a look at all those special moments. Polaroid is returning and I'm thinking of investing in one.

When I already had a digital camera I decided to buy a Polaroid camera. Not only was the refills expensive but the Polaroid cameras do not take very good pictures. You just cant get the function controls like you can with a digital camera. Its better to just buy a digital camera and print the pictures through the mail or take them to a photo developing shop. I rarely print my pictures out anymore. I havent done it in years except for printing out Christmas pictures to send to family and friends each year. As many pictures as I take each month I would have no room to store them if I printed them all out. I have two totes underneath my bed that hold my photo albums other then that I have all my photos burned to CDs.

Hello there! yes, i love to see and put all our pictures in the photo album still. Well, not all of them will be in print but those that are very special to us will surely land that way. The rests will be stored in our computer and we'll just view them there.
For me, having our pictures in print then after wards arranging them all in the photo album is much more personalized and easily available when you wanted someone to see them. Good luck!

I still enjoy the process of getting pictures developed. My children are all about saving a picture on the computer. I think they just want backup photos for the social sites thet belong to. I just like to be able to look at pictures i have taken for the memories.

Good day to you Santosmarichris,
Now a days, due to the evolution of new technology, it is very seldom that I print the pictures. Usually, I just keep a digital copies of it to my USB. Then, this USB served as my photo album. However, if there are some pictures that I want to have in my hand, I am not having a second thought of ordering a print for it.

I don't own a digital photo frame but certainly do not really print loads of pictures. Nowadays its so much easier to keep them on a memory stick or on my laptop/computer. Also, with storing them electronically you can store a lot more and therefore capture a lot more pictures :)

Sometimes. I print photos when they are to be framed at home. Most of the time, I have them printed by a Photo company.

Hello, santosmarichris!
The same as you! I like the feeling of holding the real photos in hand and watch them. It's different from view them on my laptop or on a digital photo frame. Just like reading E-books and paper books. Backlight always makes me uncomfortable.
Happy Lotting!

Yes, I still print my picture because digital photo frames can be corrupted and all those precious memories will be gone forever. Printed pictures however lasts a lifetime.

I do have a digital picture frame, but some pictures I do print because I'd like to share them with my family. I agree that holding them in your hands is very special and not just a picture in a collection on the wall. My family is very artsy. My mom is a photographer and I love taking photos of things. I too would love to be a photographer. It's very special in our family to have the photos around us.

I see my pictures at the computer now, at least the new ones (since 2003). I always mean to scan the old ones but it´s not that easy. I also want to have some prints of my younger grandsons to have a pictures of them in my walls. But I am lazy. I would have to choose one from tha computer and send it to somewhere where they print them. Then I´d have to go and get it. Too much work!

its been ages since I last printed my pictures. I think it was when my sister graduated in high school, that is when I used a camera with a film. And we can easily store pictures to online storage and also in our hard drives. Sharing is also easy through social networking sites like facebook. But I agree with you that it feels different when it is printed. Like holding a great memory in our hands.

haha, yes i still print my pictures. i as well love to hold them in my hands and look at them, my dear grandpa hates the digital frames with music because "the picture doesn't stay there long enough for me to enjoy it" i don't know if the Polaroid is actually "coming back" but I'm sure that it will get an increase
