as the title is,how many hours do you sleep every day on average and do you often burn the mid-night oil?do you have a nap at noon?what is a habit for sleep in your opinion?

epiccatastrophe i typically sleep about 8-10 hours, i personally love sleep. i never take naps or anything of the sort because then i would be tired for the rest of the day. and it doesn't matter when i fall asleep (usually 11) but i always wake in time...
