Ever since last night I can't open any of my email. I can view it but when I go to click on it, nothing happens. So I can't even repond to mylot discussions sent to me via email. I can't click on any links in any email that I get. Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be?

Have you tried running a virus screen on your system yet? I ask because a few months ago I had something similar to this happen to me and when I ran a virus scan on the computer following this happening to me, there was a trojan on my system and a lot of tracking cookies on there as well. As soon as I got all of these off of my system I was able to access my email again. I use outlook express to view my email.

I had this problem with Hotmail a while ago and it happened briefly again this week. I was using Internet Explorer at the time and a friend told me to try Firefox. I installed the Firefox browser and voila my email worked! When it happened this week I was using Firefox so I decided to try my email in Internet Explorer and it opened. I don't know what the problem was but I suggest trying a different browser.

It sounds like you need to have a chat with your ISP. They could probably help you figure out how to pry those little emails open. There's probably a little plugin you need but don't have installed. Just for safety, give your computer a scan with the antivirus and the anti-spyware/badware/malware.

Hi Shar19! Are you using a pop or smtp mail? There might be problems on your server, if not, your mail might have been infected by a virus or something. Hmm.. you can always go to mylot to respond on your discussion.. Happy mylotting!

What is your e-mail provider? There might be a problem on their site. Or maybe your account has been de-activated.
