hey everyone,I am a new one to join mylot and I just want to say hi to all the members. It is just a coincidence for me to know mylot.It is a time when I was in milwaukee for my business trip at May.I would say it was a really tough time for me because my poor English and less friend there so I just stay in hotel to watch TV and surf internet in my spare time... Finally I just find mylot one day.
Like browing other same kind of website in chinese,I just look through some discussion and try to put my myself in that situation to understand what the lotter feel,which I think it is unfair because they don't know what I think...So I just sign in today and try to get my voice heard...Hopelly I can get many new friends. It is nearly 9th,July in China and I wish all your guys have a nice day!

First off, welcome to mylot. May you enjoy the wonderful, educational experience that I am having at mylot. Learning English at mylot is an excellent goal. Have you read the FAQ and discussion guidelines? Once you read those, if you have any questions many others, including myself, will be happy to answer them. I enjoy every day at mylot. I'm on vacation, yet I'm still answering discussion, because I enjoy it. Do I make a few dollars, yes; however, that is secondary to my enjoyment.

Yes,I have the same feeling as you even I just known mylot about nearly a months. Everytime when i start pc,first thing is to open mylot and see something new.It is just like something you get addict to...And I really benifit a lot from mylot,English and other general stuff...

Welcome to myLot. I've been a member for over a year now but I'm very active lately. But myLot is such a wonderful place that it kept me coming back. I may be away for some days, but it never fails to lure me back. And myLot is a good place to learn English better, so I assure you, you came to the right place. Hi ynowiziki, and welcome to myLot. I hope you learn lots of new things and make lots of new friends in myLot like I do. I love myLot and even when I don't have much time to response or post a comment, I usually peek in to read some discussions everyday. Since I joined, there was only one day that I missed and that was because I was travelling and there was no opportunity for me to open up my laptop and log in as I was travelling with my two children for more than 24 hours.
Right now, I am in England visiting my in-laws, and even though I don't have free time at day time, I log in at night after my babies are asleep.

Yes,you are absolutely right.I have the same expreience when I nagative same type of website like mylot in chinese before.eveyday you just want to know if there is something new and try to get some more infromation you are intrest in..

See how it goes then. I am pretty new too, and from the UK. I know that this gives me an advantage with the English. There are many good translation programs on the internet. Perhaps you could experiment with them, and see which helps you with any English difficulties that you might have.
