Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, because it really gets us going. However, there are a shocking amount of people who ignore Breakfast. I can't really stand going through my mornings without some Breakfast. Even if is just a couple of pieces of fruit, an apple or a banana or whatever, at least its something. So do you eat breakfast? Looking forward to reading your response.

To be honest, I really don't have much time to eat breakfast, and sometimes I don't have time to eat at all. Reason being is my schedule is too crazy. I start very early in the morning, and its ends so late that it is the next morning. Sleeping is almost optional. Most of my time is consumed on the bus (stupid urban sprawl and long commutes), and you cannot eat anything on the bus. I really don't have a set schedule to eat, only when there is a gap somewhere, I will then eat. There are times when I actually do eat breakfast, but sometimes it ends up being a big breakfast in case I do not get a chance to eat later. Unfortunately, now, those big breakfasts when I do have them, do not last as long because I am craving more food in a couple of hours. My schedule is too busy.

Our tummy is empty the whole night up to the early hours of the morning because we fast during these hours. We have to break the fast by eating something in the morning to fill our empty stomach and for us to properly function for the day's work. I think it is the most important meal of the day that each person must take.

Exactly, there are many, many hours in between the last time we eat in the evening until the time we get up. And if we wait, there will be many more hours. Most of the day in fact when you think about it. Thank you for your response. It is much appreciated and it contributed to the topic well. Have a nice day and thanks.

Hi,
I eat my breakfast every morning,no matter how busy
I am ,never skip my breakfast.
I always have a simple breakfast like sandwiches,
bread with jam,a cup of hot tea or instant noodle.
I seldom dine out for breakfast,home-made breakfast is
much more healthy.

Home made breakfast is always the best for me. There is really no place around here that makes a good breakfast to begin with. So home made is the best. Thank you for your response. It is much appreciated and it contributed to the topic well. Have a nice day and thanks.

Yes I'm having a breakfast everyday at home or in office. It's either bread, rice or fruits as long as I take my breakfast.

I just eat a light breakfast then I eat a lot at lunch. I can't stand not to have breakfast because I get dizzy midmorning. I guess breakfast is really important for the body.

Dizziness and also the tendency to have a short temper is normally what happens to me when I fail to eat Breakfast. Its unbearable for me and by extension, it is unbearable for other people. Thank you for your response. It is much appreciated and it contributed to the topic well. Have a nice day and thanks.

i don't go out in the morning unless i eat my breakfast. I've learned from experience that i need to stock up in the morning. Because of work, lunch time is already at 2pm to 3pm. sometimes if i get too busy, my lunch time is also my predinner. It's unhealthy i know, but i have to deal with it. Eating a heavy breakfast really works for me.

I know the breakfast is so important for us. But sometimes due to busy time, I can't have a formal breakfast. I don't want to be hungry when I go to work. So I will eat something and then go out. At least I don't have to have an empty stomach.

I used to be one of those people that never ate breakfast. I would maybe eat some sugary snack before lunch and then eat a huge lunch. I think this is why I had gained so much weight.
I cannot imagine not eating breakfast now. I am so hungry in the morning and if I do not eat I feel horrible.

It does make us all feel better. Gives us the strength to move throughout the day. And in the morning, we do really need that strength. Thank you for your response. It is much appreciated and it contributed to the topic well. Have a nice day and thanks.

I eat breakfast every day. It is one of the most important benefits that we can give our bodies. Without a good breakfast each day, our mental and physical well being suffers. A huge breakfast is not necessary, but it is best for mind and body to have something for breakfast.

Well said. We won't be able to focus for the most part. It can be hard to do even the simplest of things. The morning is as hard enough as is. Why make it any harder? Thank you for your response. It is much appreciated and it contributed to the topic well. Have a nice day and thanks.

Well the fact that you eat something really does put you a bit ahead of some people. There are some people who really never eat anything at all in the morning. Thank you for your response. It is much appreciated and it contributed to the topic well. Have a nice day and thanks.

I rarely had breakfast since I was in junior middle school. At that time I must get up at about 5:30 and it's too early. I felt extremely dizzy and had no appetite to eat anything. In addition, I really didn't want to see my mother woke up at early than 5:00 to cook for me. So I finally gave up breakfast. My body has been accustomed no-breakfast now, usually I will not feel hungry or anything uncomfortable in the morning without breakfast.

Yeah, I can see how someone could get used to it. Of course, my body has been expecting to get something to eat in the morning, so when I do not get it, it can be a bit painful not to eat and can make the morning become unbearable. At least that's how it is for me. Thank you for your response. It is much appreciated and it contributed to the topic well. Have a nice day and thanks.

Yeah, time in the morning does seem to get shorter. Dragging ourselves out of bed in a timely manner really does make the problem more complex. Thank you for your response. It is much appreciated and it contributed to the topic well. Have a nice day and thanks.

I always eat breakfast, but in my opinion we could also live without it. I usually get up at 5 a.m., but if I don't have much time to eat (and I know when), then I get up earlier with about 10 minutes.

Yeah, I think in many ways, if we get up a bit earlier, when might have some time. Of course, that doesn't always work out, but in theory that's what we think. Thank you for your response. It is much appreciated and it contributed to the topic well.

Hi,
It depends on the situation, though. Sometimes when my workload is too much and I have a deadline to meet, I tend to ignore my breakfast and only eat when I feel too hungry. Sometimes my husband buys me breakfast so that I don't have to prepare my own. In that case I'll eat my breakfast because it is already there.
If I am free and do not have anything to do I will prepare my own breakfast and enjoy it to the fullest.

Time does tend to fight you every step of the way. I make every effort I can to eat Breakfast, but schedules tend to really go against me. Such is life unfortunately but I do make every effort I can to eat. Thank you for your response. It is much appreciated and it contributed to the topic well. Have a nice day and thanks.

This reminds me of when I was in school. One day the teacher asked the class which meal was the most important meal of the day. She called out each meal and asked with a show of hands who thought what was important. I was the only one who raised my hand for breakfast - and I was right!! I can't live without eating breakfast - my body will tell me that I have to eat. Otherwise, I will get very shaky and can't focus as when I get hungry, I want to eat. I at least try to have protein with breakfast (and every meal actually) so the food sits in the tummy so I don't get so hungry for snacks later. Ask any ballet dancer or football player - you must eat breakfast to have energy to last throughout the day!!!!

Yes, breakfast is really something that you need to get jumpstarted to the morning. I mean, it is a really slow morning without it. Therefore, you need to have at least something. Otherwise it is a long time until lunch. A very long time. Thank you for your response. It is much appreciated and it contributed to the topic well. Have a nice day and thanks.
