What in your opinion is the main reason for someone to suffer from depression?

In my opinion depression is predominantly caused by a radical change in one's life which causes the person to feel helpless or sad. Another main factor is loneliness and the need to feel a sense of belonging but failing to do so...

zenarblade The first thing is the character of the person: the melancholics are very sensible, and they could fall very easy in depression. The other things are: lonelyness, a tragedy in the family, etc.

zenarblade Wow... I'm a programmer, but I don't start my computer when I wake up. Usually I'm going to the bathroom and after that to kitchen to eat something.

zenarblade People are searching for the 'one true love'(perhaps in the soap operas)? I don't think so. In these days, when we are so busy, we have time for love? Definitely not! I agree that the one true love exists, but we don't search it, it just find us.

zenarblade I always eat breakfast, but in my opinion we could also live without it. I usually get up at 5 a.m., but if I don't have much time to eat (and I know when), then I get up earlier with about 10 minutes.
