I hate milk but I need to drink it because my bones are deteriorating as what my doctor said. I force myself to drink milk even if the smell and taste doesn't soothe me. I don't have lactose intolerance so my doctor recommends I drink at least 2glasses of milk a day..

You might do some online research and actually try getting more calcium through other foods like vegetables and legumes. There's a lot of controversy right now that drinking milk (and consuming other dairy animal products) is actually worse for osteoporosis than good for it because the calcium tricks the body into thinking there is too much (by the way the dairy calcium is absorbed) and the body instead GIVES UP MORE calcium instead of holds onto it.
Here's an interesting article that supports this theory, that meat and dairy consumers actually have higher rates of calcium loss than those who don't.

I cannot drink milk either, it makes me sick and if I drink it I will always throw up. I don't know why is this happening and that is very unpleasant because I know how healthy milk is.

I too couldn't drink a milk which makes me sick but i can take yogurt, cream etc but the feel of actual milk in my mouth makes me queasy and full fat milk is worse than skimmed (but i love cream)Think i am just weird but if your symptoms more physical than psychological then at least check out what the other guys have said about lactose intolerance.

It shocked me when i first came through this question. Milk is one of the drinks which contains lots of protein. And you get sick when you drink milk? thats unbelievable. But i am not saying you are lieing, any thing can happen. May be your skins or body temperature is not matching the protein in milk. Try drinking other drinks which contains more energy than milk. Do not drink milk if you get sick, in this case water is the best.

I personally really like the taste of milk, and I like to have it especially with cookies or cake if I have that, nice and cold, but I really need to be in the right mood for it. I can't drink a glass of milk every day. I probably only actually drink one glass a week, though I do put some on cereal a few times a week.

Yes I can drink milk. I like it and it is very good for you especially for your bones. You must be lactose if milk makes you sick no? There is lactose free milk out there if you want to give that a try if that is the case.
