They replied in a few days to one message I sent them but I have sent them a few more without ever gettng a response. One of the messages I sent them even disappeared a few hours after I sent it.

the site has been having many technical gliches and I dont think that their lack of answering is due to their own devise.. I noticed that many times things happend with my discussions and points..but it's not them..and they assured me of this.. The site has it's bad days and good days.. I am glad they have it;)+

That is really good to know. I haven't had a reason to contact them as of yet, but I am certain the time will come. Thank you for letting us know that their customer service department is A++.

Yes, I have had a very good experience with their quick and accurate responses. It's nice to know they are really there trying to help us.

Sometimes they must exercie patience with me since I am not as patient as they are..but they are always kind in their responses;)

It doesn't seem to take them long to answer or respond to any questions or comments that I send to them. Most sites may or may not read what you send them, but here they do give you some kind of a response back. To all those who work behind the scenes here at Mylot ~ thank you for doing such a great job!!!!

Mylot really is taking on much with their site..but they are never to busy..I can't see how they do it..they have over 37,000 members.

about 24 hours from time I posted my question..I had them answer probably 4 or 5 already..great !

They did say they appreciate positive feedback..And they deserve it because not all our concerns are easily remedied..yet they take the time to try to remedy our problems.
