If this is something that happens frequently, you should probably see your doctor and ask him/her to check your body chemical levels and hormone levels, because it could be a sign of an illness.
If its just a random thing that is happening today, it could just be PMS, stress, or anxiety over something.

Mickie stress has a tendency to do this to me also. When I am stressed, which is pretty much everyday, I get really depressed and the laughter is sort of a reaction to fight against the sad feeling.

Just like the other comments, i too am feeling this way when im stressed or feeling sad. I want to cover up the sadness that i feel and the stress from the days work so i tend to do something to make me laugh or be with somebody who can make me laugh. Well i guess it's a normal feeling and you are not alone here :)

sometimes, these abrupt change of emotions do happen because of the stress that we encounter everyday from work or at home. It becomes severe when real big problems do occur. if this happens very often and is beginning to be a hindrance with your daily activities, i would suggest that you seek professional help. voicing out your pain would help you overcome whatever it is bothering you.
for the meantime, do focus on happy thoughts and be around people to divert your attention from things that could occupy your mind and trouble you. SMILE!

That's pretty weird.LOL. Anyway, do you have any problem? or something bothering you at this moment? I'm just curious. Because sometimes, i feel like that when i feel overstressed or there is something bothering me. One time i cried and the next i'll laugh. Well just chill and relax. I think your still in your sanity. hahahah. Just Kidding. Happy Mylotting!!!!
