There were numerous diet products, either drink or slim body therapy for people who think they should trim down their body fat. But from what I saw, majority of them are just scam, and some people who is desperate, still willing to spend that much money for it, for no satisfactory result at all. I simply don't understand why.
It is pretty simply solution for me. If you have strong mind will, and you really want to trim your body down. Sign up for those gym, and pay for it month by month. Work hard and exercise hard. For over 3 months of period, you will see the result of your hard work. Those promotion saying "no need to work hard, and simply take their products too good to be true.

I like to go gym rather than spending money in any diet products. I have been going to bally for 2 years and I really feel change and lost more than 25 lbs. I remember that once I had tried this dietary product and didn't make any changes lol so must say go to professional gym,do treadmill, cardio and some free classes to become slim and sweet

I use to go to the gym occasionally to stay fit, and I agree that the gym can be much less expinsive then getting those diet food plans but it depends on what gym you go to because some gyms cost more then others.
I think slim fast is cheaper then those diet delivery programs that some people try, I tried slim fast years ago to lose 5 to 10 pounds it worked pretty well but it seems best to stay active even after the weight comes off its more of a permanent life style change its the only way to keep the weight off.
As for price its much cheaper to go to the gym and diet at home just by shopping for less fattening foods or using portion control, instead of paying tons of cash on programs that may not work.

Doing a regular exercise is practically right. Diet products doesn't work without balance diet and regular exercise...
Between diet products and going on a gym, the latter is more practical and effective. You can be sure that there will be results plus you'll become healthier and you'll lose weight without harming your own body. My friend who have lost weight by working out in a gym keeps on encouraging me to do so but I have time constraint that I cannot manage to go to the gym even just for once or twice a week. My friend has good results and I am very happy about her. Maybe it could work on you too! :-)

I agree... You can also gain friends when you go to gym and an instructor can also guide you so you can have a good outcome.

Hi,
Going to gym is the best way to keep fit and I always
have in mind to go for gym and aerobics ,but till now
my plan is still on hold ,as I don't have much free time to
do it with my son at home with me all the time.
Of course, they are plenty of slimming products available in
the market now and some products have give excellent results.
It is more concern about the price of the products and I did
tried once for the slimming product and I really slimmed down
few kilos after consuming for about a month.
However, after stopping consuming the slimming pill, it seem
I put on weight again.
Recently, I have lot of friends who are very enthusiatic about
this LEPTIN Slimming product and they have slim down alot
after consuming it for about a month and I really can see their
result, but it is not cheap and I am still considering whether to
try it out or not.
However, from my point of view, doing exercise and eating healthy meal
is still the best way to keep fit and slim down.

We can waste so much money on the latest diet products. going to a gym would be a much better choice for our wallets and our bodies.

I agree that all of those miracle diet products are just a scam. People want to lose weight while still doing no exercise and eating like pigs, but losing weight doesn`t work like that, and if you want to lose some kilos you need to make an effort actually.
Not only going to the gym, doing daily exercise by yourself, like going for a walk everydays, or using the stairs instead of the elevator are ways to burn fat too

Well My friend there is one more easy solution.Just avoid your use of vehicles or lifts and walk as much as you can. That will also keep you healthy and fit.But we people don't like to walk.I walk daily 10 kilometers and I am fit and fine

I agree. I will rather than time and money in the gym than on those diet products. It's also much safer to visit a gym because of the professional trained trainers, who will plan workouts suitable for us, meeting our target in projected time.
When it comes to diet products, there's always this disclaimer saying something about, individual's body type or something like that. So if it does not work, the diet product is not to be blamed at all. With that, i would say those diet products are just shrinking away from responsibilities, yet we are paying so much for things that might not work at all.

I lost over 100lbs about 5 years ago without spending a dime.
Granted I love my gym membership now.
It's not necessary if you just wanna trim some fat.
The best way is to just try to have fun.
Go at it like a little kid just playing for fun.
In fact just go play like a little kid.
I basically just played a bunch of hackey sack and started eating less.
Bottom line you don't need to lose money to lose weight.

I think it is much better to go to a gym rather then spend money on diet products. The main way to lose weight is to do exercise, so even running/jogging/walking for maybe a mile every few days is good. Diet products usually arent actually good for you at all, let alone good enough that they will cause you to lose weight in a healthy way.

If you have good eating habits and an exercise routine that you can do at home, then there is no need to spend the money on gimick diets, and a gym membership. find a good video from the library(most are free) and use that at home. I do have a hard time focusing at home on a set routine. I tend to do 10 minutes here and five minutes there, but that is because I am super mom and try to do it all. I have always eaten pretty healthy, and i am in pretty good shape. I love to be outside, and just playing with my child at a park kills a ton of calories.
