I feel the same as you this is a discusion site not an attacked sight. I we really should all agree that we can dissagree as all of us arent of teh same mind. I dont know what happened here. but looks like your saying some one got banned again!. DOnt know why when they let every one in as it is and by most every one seems to be getting along fine. Hi Spark I know what you mean What I do not get why is mylot letting it happen I mean it proves that no one checks before deleting as the Member had done nothing wrong The way I look at it if you do not like someone then stay away from them end of (I do wish I could delete my Landlord though) that is the thing though in real Life People can not be deleted so why not be on here the way you would in real Life walk past the Person I guess that means though acting like a Grown up decent Person, which is hard for some People

I must not be playing in the drama section, as I seem to have missed this. I have defended friends for their freedom here when it has come up, and been put down for it. I love the fact that anyone from all over the world can be here. I do not want this site to turn into a battle grounds by any means. I will stand with you if need be on this.

I know exactly who you are speaking of, Sparks. I would love to know how this member gets away with it time after time. Of course, there are several who believe that they know all, see all, be all and, of course, every time they open their mouths (or move their fingers), the truth shows itself to everyone but them. I have always disliked these self-appointed gods and the internet, sadly, has provided them with just what they need to stand up on that pretend soapbox and tell the world how great they are (since their actions do not say it for them) and create the illusion they've been after but couldn't pull off in person. I try to avoid. If that is impossible, I ignore. If even that proves difficult, I will disappear. I have a real life, as you do, as MOST of us here do and I'd rather spend my time with REAL people than continue defending myself from nothing more than empty words on a computer screen. I don't need to stick around those whose only power comes from their anonymity. It is so pathetic that some people need to try to ruin this little bit of enjoyment for real human beings because their own lives are so totally empty. It seems to me that you have lost it a little. This is a virtual world you are ranting about and you have forgotten that you have total power over it. It's called the delete button, Take some time off and read a good book or even two or three of them. Blessings

HEAR HEAR!!!! I agree. I am so tired of the petty jealousies that have taken place here. The people that go after others and yes, I know who you are as well! You are a sorry excuse for a so-called-friend. You try to act as though you are people's friend and then you stab them in the back. You are a sorry, sorry excuse of a person. I hear you have targeted another lovely person lately. Do you get your kicks doing this? If you don't stop YOU will be banned from sites just like you are getting others banned on your power trip. This is the best site on the internet but you are ruining it for everyone. GROW UP! GET A LIFE! Be honest for a change. It might even make you feel good for a change. Sparks, I'm with you totally except the part where they need to come after you. They need to stop going after anyone, although their childish games may continue and we may be their next target. I suppose I have missed a lot of activity as of late. Up my nose?? There are some issues at school that have been annoying. For the most part, life has been relatively calm and I like it that way.

Sparks, As you know what is up my nose is this site also. There used to be so many good topics here to respond to or just read and enjoy. Now every where you look it is, You can make money by....or one liners that make no sense, just members trying to post the most topics in a day. I am beginning to think the Lot attracts illiterate, petty little peons that care nothing for the English language, much less the people they hurt and leave behind to bleed. I rarely come here anymore for that very reason. I was taught by the man I admired most in this world, my Father, that if you had nothing good to say, then it was best not to say anything. When you speak out of turn about someone you don't know anything about, it just makes you look like the moron you are, so please do yourselves a favor and (OMG I won't even let my children say this because to me it is the ugliest word, but you all deserve it) SHUT UP! As Sparks say's you know who you are, so if this response doesn't affect you then set back and watch the show, if it does affect you, then I will call you a moron to your face, I have no problem, telling the truth. I don't know what's going on, but I do know that you don't get angry because of nothing.. so whatever it is, I hope you are fine, Sparky.. The bullies are everywhere and some of them lurk in popular social sites.. it's becoming like a parasite, but too bad. I'd say all the good guys just don't give up. But this is the biggest reason why sometimes people just give up being on a particular site.. because of these bullies. So called..

Up the ole nozola huh? People now days care only for themselves. I have hd some weird experiences on here as well. Immature, self absorbed people are so idiotic. They waste so much time starting rumors and saying unpleasant and horrific things aobut other members. They can be suspended but come right back. The internet has so much to offer and there really isn't much we can do about these creeps because, like you said, they hide away. Like the moles they are.

Hi sparky, I do agree with you all the way, I am disgusted by this banning again to our dear friend, this person have not done anything wrong but is persecuted for being here, thisw site used to be a fun happy place where you can come here and have a good laugh and of course for helping each other in time for needs, this was the site I first met you and came to love you as all my friends who are very dear to me as this person was that has been banned, I am sick of heart as well and now I hardly come here but at least I can keep in touch with her on the other site and on Facebook. I don't know what is happening to this site and why this person is doing it to someone who only wants to come here to chat to friends, I am so disheartened her, ho, please take care, love you loads. hugs. I love my friends that take me as I am. I am grateful that the main troll in my life was taken to task before I lost my friends. People should learn to live and let live... not just target people over past differences or irritations.... let it go and grow beyond already. nothings gone up my nose but my mother in law has bent it outta shape a few times.

Hello sparks :D I am a bit late in answering - 3 months as mylot says but i think i owe you some thanks :) I like your attitude, and i also try my best not to judge people - here or in real life. Trolling at mylot or at other social sites should be considered worthy of a person in a worse state then the young people you were caring for when you are younger because only a seriously deranged person would spend his time in this manner. I have no quarrels at the moment but the english teacher will probably get on my nerves tomorrow when she will babble about me missing classes - which i couldn't attend due to being employed but why would she care, right ? It's funny how teachers expect us to work and study at the same time, and be present to classes as well.

I don’t know this person is Sparks and I hope it is not someone who has me fooled…I have come to a friend’s defence once and ended having my post deleted; it was a long time ago and I managed to stay out of trouble since then. It is so sad that people have to fight and be so underhanded in a place like this where we should all be coming together, getting to know each other, enjoying each other’s differences and helping one another when needed. I appreciate your frustration because you are such a popular member here and not on this site for these kind of problems. This person who is getting away with nasty business is hopefully not on my friend’s list...

Hi Spark, You seem really upset. I understand you. I had the same situation but not here. It's in my workplace. I've been very upset with this one person but not because of what he did to me but because of what he is doing to one of my co- workers. I really wanted to kick him, punch him and hurt him for making my co- workers life miserable. So here's the story. As all my friends knew here I'm a Supervisor in my company. I used to have this staff under my care who is very good, honest and hard- working. About a year ago I endorsed him to become one of the Supervisors and he is now. He has been a Supervisor for 7 months now. Though he is no longer my staff I still have this sense of need to protect him when someone is taking advantage of him. I'm like that with my staff. I'm kind of over- protective with them. I also have this staff who is hard- headed and a headache to everyone. Even his co- workers don't like him. He complains a lot and thinks he deserved to be promoted if not for me. He thinks I am the reason he did not get promoted. He applied four times for a post and got rejected in all of them. Well, honestly I would do everything I could to stop him from being promoted. I did not endorse him and even told him to look for someone else who will endorse him. He asked me why I don't want to endorse him. My answer was because I have nothing good to say about him. When you endorse someone you need to build up the person and say good things about them. Well, this person he is always late. Aside from that he is always on Sick Leave EVERY MONTH! He is on Sick Leave not just once a month but for 1 - 2 weeks every month. I had one employee before who was also like him but that person has been terminated about 6 months ago. If you've read my post about that person you'd know the story. Okay, so this employee who has been giving me a headache when he was still under my Supervision is really annoying. When he is not on Sick Leave he is usually in the clinic because he is not feeling well. He has a lot of reasons for being late, absent and spending his shift in the clinic when he is at work. He has hypertension, gout, arthritis, flu, sore eyes, LBM, heart disease, swollen gum, toothache, fever and cough, colds, tonsillitis, UTI, pneumonia, upper respiratory tract infection, had a motorcycle accident, family emergency, phone did not alarm, stranded somewhere, etc. Those are the reasons he has used so far for his excuses. So I am wondering now why he thinks he deserves to be promoted? He is one of the highest paid staff in our company. I personally think this is unfair considering that we have a lot of hardworking employee. So this employee has been transferred to another Supervisor. I was thinking then that maybe he would change once transferred to another's Supervision. However, he did not. He even got worst. That Supervisor has resigned and was replaced by my previous employee. So now, he is giving a headache to my previous staff. I even heard him saying something bad to my previous staff who is now his immediate Supervisor. He got upset and was mad when he was scolded by my previous staff from being late and absent. He has been suspended twice and he is going to have another suspension for his late and absences. I talked to my previous staff and told him to hold on and don't let that one person ruin him. About a week ago I got so flared up. On my way to the office I saw that staff drinking with his buddies and hanging out in front of our office. I thought he has no duty. When I reached the Operations I learned he is absent. His reason is because he has pneumonia. He even submitted a medical certificate. So I told them I saw him downstairs. This is not the first incident. When he was still under my Supervision I sometimes see him in the mall, in the clubs, hanging out somewhere just to learn he is absent on the same day. Now, talk about someone getting into my nose lately that's definitely him. I'm just counting the days that he will finally be out of the company. His co- employees are not happy with him around. The process of terminating an employee in our company is very slow. There's a lot of process and you have to give the employee a lot of chance. Considering that this employee has been with the company for three years now and bee a headache for more than two years I think that can be considered a lot of chances. Enough is enough! By the way I'm now promoted as one of the Managers in our Department. :) There's now four of us who's going to be Managers in our Department. I've been waiting for this. :) I also know that my new post as a Manager will expose me more to a lot of nuisance people but that's life. Sometimes we have to deal with this kind of people. However, no matter what they may upset us but they definitely don't have the power to mess up our whole day if we will not allow this to happen. So have a nice day Spark! :)

Oh! I'm new here and I never thought something like this is happening -- sabotaging people. It would be just a waste of time if all you do is hurt people. And here on the net? That's cowardly. And yes, as my philosophy professor once said, "Who's living their life to the fullest? Us who sit here to study? Or the kids on the street playing in the rain?"
