It's brutal out there tonight.

I don't mind a nice rain but I do not like bad storms with loud thunder and close lightning. Those kinds of storms scare me, especially when they last for hours. I hope the weather clears up for you so you can get back to work.

Yes, I feel really cold even though I'm in my house. The last few days were really sunny, and then out of nowhere a cold spell enters. The frigid temperatures have been making me look downwards when I'm outside, partly because its so cold and I hate the cold. I'm amazed to find out that squirrels, birds and rabbits can actually survive out there. This winter is really making me hold onto my blanket extra hard through the night. Its been taking a big toll on the new trees I planted outside, as they've not been showing signs of progress in this type of weather. Winter is getting closer, and my bet is that snow will blanket NY at least more than once. I'm pretty sure about that, and would almost promise you that this would happen.

I know the rain is bad for business but I honestly love the rain. I guess it's because it's almost always so hot where I live that the rain is a welcome break for me. Of course I do not also want the weather to get out of hand. A big storm would be really scary. We are lucky that our city do not have storms. Cheers!

I am so not ready for the winter weather. I mean I knew it was coming. I knew it was coming for months. I have experienced it for years. Yet, nothing really prepares it for me. It is going to be some bitter cold weather every time of the year. There have been some heavy rain storms recently and some wind, that has made it rather cold. However, that is just a set up for what is to come. The weather is only going to get worse from hear on out I am afraid. That is just the nature. I think this weather will not seem as bad in a couple of months. Rather it is a set up for things to come. A set up for the weather that is going to lead to the winter months. So there are going to be some brutal days I think and it is going to be something that is extremely difficult to deal with. No matter how use I or anyone else might be to it.

We're having the same kind of weather here now. Raining a lot and strong winds. I think we're lucky though as out west, they're having a snowstorm lol. Well it'll be here soon. Usually we get ice storms first and then snow. I hate ice and Id much rather have rain OR snow but not ice!! Hope nothing else gets blown out that way. Take care and be careful!!

Me too. It's raining here once in a while but not really stormy. I'm glad the wind isn't that strong. I only hate it when i'm going out cuz it ruins my plans. I don't have my own umbrella and my jackets are only for cold seasons. They're not water proof.

Hello kris182_2000 I do not like the rain either. What state or are on east coast or west coast where it is raining. I am on the east coast. I disapprove the wind more than the rain because it can make you feel colder or make the rain feel like sleet. Ugly Brrr I want a warm fireplace to keep me warm.
