Hello GodsLove25,
I hope you and your partner are ok .
I found this http://products.usana.com/bin/Hypertension.pdf article for you.
I have been taking some supplements from USANA and they have work their wonders. My parent are taking the Procousa to help with their joints and movement. You might want to consider Proflavanol as it is their heart supplement.
Just my two cents ...

My sister in-law use garlic herbal pills and swears they help with her blood pressure. Her husband does not have high blood pressure but also takes them to prevent.
I hope this helps.

Hi godslove25! My mom and dad are both hypertensive folks and they are both under BP-lowering meds. My mom does take herbal supplements but she was advised not to have it as replacement of her meds because that's what they are - just supplements. They're not made to replace the anti-hypertensive meds. I remember reading the packets and the listening to these commercials of herbal supplements - "No therapeutic claims" which means it cannot cure nor can it replace your anti-hypertensive meds. What I would suggest is you take it in conjunction with your anti-hypertensive meds. And ask your doctor about what is best in taking herbal medicine. God bless!

I would suggest that you take usana supplements. These are the only supplements with approved therapeutic claims. These have been well-researched by great scientists so I'm sure that their products are safe to consume. My friend's mom has hypertension so when she was introduced with usana products, she told her mom to take it an hour after her maintenance. After a few months to one year, the doctor already removed her maintenance. Their products are clinically researched so it is surely safe and effective to consume. If you need any help and want to know more about the products that you need, my team and I can help you consult with our doctors. Just message me.

I have been on BP medications for 28 years and still on medications. I have to see the doctor at least once a month if I want to live longer. I should have taken herbal medications when I was first diagnose with high BP but due to my ignorance I made myself swallow pills which I was told is a lifetime 'sentence'. Herbals I was told is better than pills but how to quantify how much to take everyday. Overdose can be fatal. My mom's helper brought some dried leaves from Indonesia recently and told me that it is very good for high blood pressure. She told me to boil it and drink like tea. I have not done yet. In fact my country has plenty of medicinal plants for that purpose but so much of work to do and I rather just pop in pills since I've done that for so long.
