bdance22 Its a nice thought. But the poor baby might have issues in the long run. The baby will think that what she/he is under going is the norm.this would be confusing to child who would later on interact with other babies .

bdance22 I think it should be more of a feedbak than a grade. The teachers can then use this feedback to improve their teaching skills and to modify or revoke their stragy when needed.
