Hi sweet Jo! Sorry for the absence. I can't give you a reason, just living life the best that I can, if you know what I mean. I don't mean to neglect my friends especially ones that are as dear to me as you are! I mean that!! Our Christmas was alright. It snowed and snowed and snowed some more so we got stuck at home and couldn't go anywhere. We've made it a tradition to go to this Chinese resturant on Christmas but couldn't this year however, we did get to go tonight though! We really enjoyed that. Hubby and I gave my parents a thousand dollars for Christmas. At first they didn't want to cash the check but I told them that they'd insult us if they didn't and so they relented. They're saving it to pay for prescriptions and doctors visits which is a good idea because they won't be using that darned credit card anymore. At least for the time being. I'm a part of this gaming site and I've been collecting tokens to buy tickets for a drawing and I'm hoping to win a thousand dollars so to help my parents some more. They're overdrafted from when mom was in the hospital because dad didn't know how to use the debit card and went way over. So yeah, I've been a little busy but I should come here more often so nobody thinks I ran away or something. Plus it'll help me make some more money to go towards what I'm aiming for......

I hope your christmas was good & y'all had a big ol' time. hope everything went smooth w/your foks & y'all all got together. yes, my son & his family did come & everything went fine. It was great having them here & getting to be around my grandaughter for the first time since she was just a baby.Isn't that a shame. She is a sweet little thing. big hugs to u, cat.
