With a bad past, we automatically want to forget or wish to change the situation, returning the past to change things. But we should be grateful to our past is bad, that we can make a valuable lesson for the present and future. All the existing problems, depending on we want to see from what angle. Want a negative, we can only lose (annoyance, resentment, shame), want a positive, of course we can fortunately (lessons, valuable lesson.) All the problems, the issue will not exceed our power, even with these problems, we are in the students, be prepared to be a better person in this life.

"... forget about the past, only memories, or other?.." Why do you need to forget? Is it the bad things? I think we should choose the attitude :face to face with the past even that it is the bad things. Because this attitude will help us go straight into our problem and overcome them. You don't want to bring a thing that always make you worry all your life, do you?

I would hope the good over shadows the past. It's hard to completely forget all the bad things that have happened to us, but I still believe that our experiences help us to become better people, showing even more empathy and compassion for those who are going through where we have already been. We should look at the past as a learning experience so we don't make the same mistakes.

The past belongs to us, we ought to doubt and we assume with good and bad. For how I was wrong in my past I will give account, perhaps, the supreme court. I'm allowed to say, however, that once cleared that what was can not be changed, should not go forward in our lives and try as much as we can, to detach ourselves from the past, understand that it had to be everything and that eventually, if we are here today is because someone up there, gave us a chance to live our lives well, as we want and how we want. I hoping to be good, even at the risk of falling into superficiality without regard to the past that obviously can not change it.
