thaohong In my opinion, take time for myself doesn't mean reading or listen to music and doing nothing. It means that I can take time at right time for right person. If you have many courses and activities to join, just leave off some of them.

thaohong Hi tiina05, Do you follow any religion? If yes, praying before sleeping is also very useful. Or you can try some yoga exercises, that's also perfect for a well sleep. Let your nervous system feel relax if you want to have a a good sleep.
