But there is one problem i also don't like tea. And without sugar the test for me really yucky. I think i should drink raw water only. Or i can add some lemon which is also good for health.
Take care!

These researchers would put people in confusion. Sometime they would say tea causes this and that problem whereas others would hold completely opposite view.
That regular consumption of tea reduces the risk of heart disease was heard before and feels convincing too.

I don´t think that a study based on 485 patients can throw trusty results. But anyway, I´d be happy if this were true because I love coffee and I drink at least one or two cups a day.
I hope that the newpaper had a scientific source for his article.
Happy posting!

I love coffee so it is not in my plans to stop drinking it. I´m glad it is not bad for our health though. Thanks!

I like to drink coffee.
especially civet coffee.
It has a more fragrant smell, and there is a sense of bitter, sour and bitter are more distinctive and special.
Drink coffee at night, make me more refresh.

Really? If that's true then I am following a healthy lifestyle. I drink coffee only once a day. I only drink it every morning. I love coffee but I don't drink more than once in a day.

That is the main issue, only one cup of coffee.
Unfortunately you did not give the size of the cup, the type of coffee since different types have different constituents, and the concentration level since some people prefer it mild and some prefer it strong. These things do play a part in the actual effects on the body.
Anyway thank you for the info. I do drink coffee, in part to raise my blood pressure which used to be on the low side.

I already love the coffee and I can drink more coffee as compared to tea. I know that excess of everything is bad so I don't drink much. I don't have coffee available everyday so I can't drink it in routines. I like your information because it gives me another reason to drink the coffee. Thank you for sharing.

I think there must have been more to the study then just drinking one cup of coffee. Hubby has alwasy had coffee and yet he had heart disease at an early age.
No one in his family had heart problems so it must have been other factors, like stress and diet. He has been well since his bypass surgery over 20 years ago, but both stress and diet have be greatly changed.
