A Time For Celebration!!

My current job involves dealing with people.and it is really hard.Patience is really a virtue.We can not please everyone so we really have to do a great job for them to be satisfied with the service.I've been doing this job for almost three years now.and even though,it is just a routinary activity,sometimes i get pissed off because of clients who do not understand the policy or the process.but still,at the end of the day,i have to please them so they would stay with the service.happy mylotting!!

Oh I see I am also in the same situation as yours not happy with my current job. But staying because it is hard to find a replacement and start from scratch again. But then you are lucky that you employer recognized you as one of the best employee there so I guess increase may be coming soon for you there.

I am expecting additional work load this time.they have already informed me that.but my salary will be the same.which is really sad.i don't want to start from scratch again but if it will help my financial status,i will probably do even though it will really be hard on my part.

honestly speaking,i am no longer enjoying my current job.i just don't want to apply in other company because i don't want to start all over again.i don't want to be a newbie again.i have to build another relationship with new co-employees.i really hope that the company will increase our salary.

this is really a great star for the year. i am hoping that there will be a lot of blessings this year.i love to share what i got and what i have because i belive in the saying that "the more you give,the more blessings you will have".

hi jaiho first of all, i apologize because i was not able to response on your text message last time.i was really busy with my job.and if you would notice,i very seldom log in to the site.anyway,going back with my discussion,i'm sorry to say that the amount that i will be getting is not that big.our company is not generous enough to give big incentives.the incentive that i will be getting will serve as a payment to my credit card.i have big credit on my account.maybe if there will be a spare, i will share it to you.you know me, i always love to share..remember,the first time we've met at St.Lukes?

i'm planning to transfer on another company.i have an officemate who rendered her resignation last month and it's already on your company.i just forget the account that she will be handling.she was offered 14 thousand as her basic pay.i don't want to br stuck in our company with a very low basic pay.we are experiencing economic crisis now so we really have to work in a company where it can suffice our needs.happy mylotting!!

uh uh...that's the big difference with our company. our company is giving pay out for every performance that we have in our metrics. (depending on the acct...,the pay out depends how much) ok...it's fine..i am just kidding... Congratulations....

Getting an award for the employee of the month is already a big achievement. Even though it is just for a month,you still stand out among other employees. so be proud of it.working in call center industry is never an easy thing. you know that.just with the schedule,it is really hard to manage.just imagine, i do not have absent for the whole year.i can't imagine that i can take it and i was able to make it.god is really good.we just have to continue phrasing him and continue believing on him and i'm sure in the end,he will bless us.

you are right.achievement will retain as an achievement and it can't be replace by anything in the world.

With the current situation of our life today,we really have to think positive. nothing will happen to us if we will be a negative thinker.even though it's hard,still think positive.you just have to go with the flow and you will notice that you have already overcome your problem. i'm so glad that the company recognized me for the effort that i have done.it is really an honor for me.i was able to create another good reputation in the office and this will be my pass to the next position or higher position.don't loose hope,continue striving hard and i'm sure in the end,you will also be recognize by your company.

I always love to share what i have whether it is a knowledge or financial.most of the newbies like me.they are spoiled to me.whenever there is an escalation or a client look for a supervisor,i always get it.i know it is really hard for them to manage the call.i've also encountered it when i was still a newbie,so i know how it feels.. just like in this site, i am one of the old members in this site.i also love helpong the newbies here.it is really a nice feeling if you were able to help someone.

I hate those FREAKING ESCALATIONS I do feel the FEAR of the agents who are being bombarded with BAD WORDS and THREATS you're an angel to them keep it up

Thanks banny.i never expect that i will get it this year.i have a competitor.and you know what,the only difference on our grade is just a matter of .02.God is really good.all the time.i will be awarded on our company outing on february 5.you are definitely right in saying that our heart rejoice and feel that we have fulfilled and proven something in our life.thanks again..happy mylotting!!

i am really happy that god has given me this award.maybe he saw all my perseverance and hardwork for the whole year.and he also notice that i have a financial problem.god is really good.he always answer all my prayers.maybe not on the expected time,but on the time that you really don't expect it,that makes it more surprising to you.happy mylotting!

that is what i always on my mind,whatever you attained in life never change your attitude or never be boastful.God will not be happy if you do have some changes in your attitude.if there will be,it should be for the better not for the worst.

i'm so glad and very happy because all of my efforts and hardworks were paid off.just imagine for the whole year,i did not make a single absent.i retain my grades in a good standing. i am just like a student who is running for an honor who needs to retain the grade just to stay on top.i really thank god because he gave me this achievement.this will be a great help or one of my assets when i decided to tranfer in other company.happy mylotting!!
