favorite time of day

I assume that we have times in a day that we don't like most. But there must be times in a day, too, that we like most. I realized this today.
I passed by a laboratory to pick up a specimen analysis on my way to work. It was early in the morning and going to work I passed by the downtown area. Inside the taxi, I soaked in the early morning scene...stores just opened with people inside getting ready for early morning customers, people walking leisurely with different expressions on their faces. Generally, the pace was slow (still) and the atmosphere clear of midday smogs. You could feel the freshness of air.
Overall, it was a nice feeling of the moment before entering one's work arena and getting caught up in papers and telephones.

you know what.I can feel what you have said!it must have been a wonderful time,it's like you are enter into another world and all your promblem have been forgotten!so maybe it proves a famous saying that the value of life is not which destiny you reach,but how you enjoy the scenery along the road!you could experience it again if you have some difficulties!

You are right! It's like entering a different world from what you are accustomed to...cramped walls of your office. And right again about the quality of life. The thing is we get blind to the human landscape around us.

i'm a night person so i enjoy late nights when everyone else is asleep and everything is just so peacefully quiet. late nights and early mornings also allow me to be more reflective which sometimes leads to writing down some personal thoughts. when i'm in the rural areas where there are beaches, my favorite time of the day is the early dawn when the sun is just about to come out. i just love the grand and enchanting sight of the sunrise, the soft, sweet sound of lapping turquoise-colored waves on the shore, and the refreshing salty sea breeze i feel kissing my face 
. this is what i usually miss when i'm all stressed out from the city life. now if only i could get to these sites and enjoy the moments like how i used to, i'd be very happy

These times of the day never fail to bring out the artist in us. I believe we all have this inside us, the aesthetic side, hidden by the hustle and bustle of the city life. Look at you...love your description of such moments.
Hope you could get away from the city life if only for a break and enjoy your moments, zapatee.

I enjoy really early morning and late night. I suppose you can say from 9 PM to 7 AM I enjoy. It's a beautiful time of calmness, and the first rays of the morning sun make the landscape glow beautifully, and the crisp mornings are great as well.

well i sleep best in the mornings between 8-10.. but i dont go to be until around 1 am every night i wait up on my husband to get home and he gets in about 12 so that is a good time seeing him .. but on occasion i like to get up at 5am and watch the 5 oclock morning news and drink a coke... love the atmosphere and the sunset and morning dew and all that...

My favorite time of day is right after breakfast because I am with all the energies to do what I want the rest of the day, I feel I can do everything :)

I do like to go out very early morning fro walking or jogging as that is the time one gets to feel the freshness of weather around us and i still go around in the morning times to feel the freshness and joyous weather that holds good for everybody.Even for reading purpose in prefer early morning times where our mind will not be pre occupied with too many things and reading will be quite easy without much disturbance around

My boyfriend and I just moved in together two weeks ago so as of now my favorite times of the day would be when we are both home. It's great to be making and eating breakfast together in the mornings and to be talking about our day at work before going to bed.

My favorite time of the day is first thing in the morning when everyone else is still sleeping and I am enjoying my first cup of coffee...it's so relaxing, the house is quiet and peaceful....and then I start getting everyone up at 7am.

i like late nights... between 10pm-2am...
everyone in the house are already in bed... i am able to relax, reflect on my day, do whatever i want to do (like surf the net or read a book) without being disturbed. the atmosphere is calm and quiet.
i just love it... :)
