Yes you read right lol
As you all know Gissi has a big love in his Life.......Roxy, well she was in Season and my Friend wanted her to have Puppies by Gissi
We had them together every Day but one Problem..................Gissi could not get it right at first and when he did well.................he could not quite reach, I did offer him the Yellow Pages to stand on but he basically told me to get lost by giving me a Gissi look
Anyway, I left them alone for just over 2 hours and we are not sure if anything happened then, we will have to see as my Friend has noticed that Roxy is of her Food and also more clingy then what she normally is
We do not think so but we are not to sure
I am hoping that she is because I will then get my Gissi Baby lol
Well when ever I ask Gissi he turns away from me as if to say "Mind your own Business" but that is Gissi
Yesterday when we asked him he nipped mine and my Friends Nose lol
I guess he is not going to tell us and leave us in Suspense
What do you think????

Hi Gabs,
The Gissi Baby! I see it happening soon now... As normal people who start discussing out their grand children more than there children... Oh does that mean Gissi will be less discussed? I think he is getting aware of this somewhere

I use to have only girls, but then I got a boy, and now, I've had three boys and nine girls. I love them both, so it doesn't really matter to me. They both have their "issues"...boys peeing on everything and girls in heat. You can fix the girls in heat, but the boys???? But the truth is all my boys have been Momma's babies. They get more attached to you than the girls do. Big men, sure...

lol Gaby.. For Gissi..
Hey here is a thought, if he did not succeed, he must try, try again.
Gissi is modest and humble, so he's not telling.. lol.. I can't wait to see baby Gissi, but you make sure to tell my Gissi, that Auntie will always consider him to be my baby!

Oh my goodness, wouldn't they be just the cutest little pups! I so hope that something happened, how sweet! I want to hug Gissi right now for giving it his best shot, well, maybe his best shot (we'll have to see), haha!
I hope you get your little Gissi Baby and we'll all be just so proud of the little fella, not that we aren't proud of him anyways mind you.
Gissi is a suspensful little guy to begin with because we never know what he's going to do next, so I guess we'll just all have to wait for this answer. But I do hope so!!

Gissi is simply not a "kiss and tell" kind of guy! That's to be admired. LOL
Anyway, you should know pretty soon whether or not he was successful. It doesn't take long to tell. Her teats should begin to get larger after around two weeks.
Also, don't be surprised if it did happen. I had two dogs once, male and female. She was in season and he was giving it his all, even though he was much shorter than she was. It was kinda funny watching him trying to, uhh, "reach". But, reach he did. She had four adorable babies two months later.
Please keep us all informed! If Gissi is a daddy, we'll all want to see pictures! Lots of them!!!
Way to go, Gissi!!!

Hi Gabs,
I'm taking it easy. My throat is a little less sore today so maybe by the weekend this will all be behind me. I'm just thankful that the procedure is behind me! Ugh! I'm taking an antacid/calcium supplement so that should not only prevent further damage to my throat but also help me keep my bones from disintegrating... always a good thing.

When I was breeding toy poodles I use to put the male up on a step and the female down below. I always stayed with them so neighter would panic, it shortened the time and left both dogs calmer. You should see what we have to do when we breed the Llamas, with all that fiber to deal with Hubby has to place the male member in the right spot. No me I'm not getting that close to those big animals when they are excited. I'd leave it to nature and it would probubly be less effective and we'd have less crias.

I think I'm PROUD as Gissi doesn't kiss & tell!!!! If Roxy is a true lady, she would have laid down & helped him out!!!!
CONGRATULATIONS GISSI!!!!
I think I want one of the male puppies (I prefer the runt of the litter)!!!!

Well, Gissi, what could I say? I wish your puppy to be healthy and I hope your mother in law will find good, responsible owners for all of them.
Tell her that she can see if Roxy really is pregnant if she is less interested in food for the first two weeks of pregnancy. After those two weeks, her apetit will start to increase more and more, but Roxy has to eat smaller amounts of food, more often that she used to.
I hope your Mom won't forget to keep us updated with the growth of your canine family.

He just might be a daddy soon. Most dogs need to be left alone to consemate their union. I use to mate my poodle with my MIL's poodlde for puppies and we sold them and split the money. The only way they did any thing was when they had privacy.
I have also heard this from many others.
So he may be a daddy.

That's funny! That would be cool if that happened so you can get the puppies that you two want. It would be neat to get the mom and dad together with all the puppies too before they are all giving a way.

That is good that you are going to make sure that they go to a good home. Good luck and keep us informed if you become a grandma. Have a good weekend!
