Vitamin E is good nails aand face

I learned through television that Vitamin E capsule is good in making your face glow and radiant. And they also added that if you will notice after removing nail polished they said nails turns into yellowish.
In order to avoid that scenario. Apply Vitamin through the nails. Its will turn fleshy in no time.

I have read a lot of articles that Vitamin E really helps in making the face glow, either taken orally or just applying it topically. I haven't tried applying it topically but sure do take vitamin E, and it really has a difference now that I have stopped taking it my face went back to looking dry again.

Wow, that is interesting I really didn't know that about Vitamin E. I will definitely take that into consideration, I sometimes have that happen to me.

haha =D I'm never into any vitamins or rather artificial vitamins because there are useless. I would prefer to get my intake from food which i eat..haha =D All sorts of vitamins are good for us in every way, but people are just not heeding the advice.. haha =D Just the same like vitamin D, which we can only get it from the sun, yet everybody is avoiding the sun like a plague, due to fear of getting tanned.. lol =D

Vitamin E is very good for a lot of things, not just skins and nails. It is an antioxidant, so it helps protect our bodies from oxidative damage. Be careful not too take too much, though, because it is fat soluble, so too much build up in your system can be dangerous!

Yes Vitamin E is very essential for our body. It also make our hair shine and strong. And so many disease can happen lack of Vitamin E. Ataxia,myopathics such kind of disease happen because the lack of Vitamin E in our body. So we should take vitamin E type food. Such as tomato,beet,rockfish,blue crab,mango etc.
