Do you help unknown people?

Hi dreamsharmin, I won't help anyone whom I meet online for sure. For I don't know the genuine background of them even we have lots to share in common interests. As what I have learned from the news as well as stories from friends in real life many are cheated by online good friends whom they never meet in person. Some of them have lost their money and a few are found stepping into the love relation trap. And what the culprits look for is money. I do come across many money cheating cases that the so-called online good friends asking for big amount of money donation to help this and that. Nowadays it's quite easy and convenient to have the facility of advanced internet service to give people who have malicious intend to take the advantage of kind, compassionate and generous people to make big money online from their donations. Yeah, they try to gain the friendship first and then the victims would then step into the trap unconsciously.... Happy posting and take care.

For me, why not? If i have something to help then I will help them even if I don't see them physically.But, before doing it, we must always be sure and be careful of helping people because it might be abused by others whose intentions are to fool those who have a kind heart.Specially when it deals with money.My husband and I used to gave donations in church and even those who are in the streets which we saw helpless.It is very fulfilling when we can help others, not only in cash but in so many ways. I really feel happy when I can see people smiles at me when I gave them things that can help them may it be in cash or in kind.

I often make donations online, not to personal friends, but rather to international organizations which are helping communities in countries in different parts of the world. There are cases of natural disasters, and it is so pathetic to see the victims of the disasters suffering.

Hi, dreamsharmin....I became acquainted with an online 'friend' a few years ago. She was single and caring for her own daughter as well as four grandchildren. All were girls and in various stages of grade school and high school. After a bit of time getting to know her and some of her difficulties, I did send her some things to help her with all of the girls. I would continue to do this periodically and she and the girls were most grateful and I still keep up the acquaintance. I've never met them all physically but we still keep up the friendship.

Yes and No. Yes because, i can help for online friends, who are touching my heart. Our is saying with our mind that who is a trusty person, who is not. A we are sharing some valuable moments with them, they are also shared with us. It is not possible to mention in single page, that every one know about the humanity.
