Can You Believe It Is The End Of The Month Already?

Yes time goes by very fast. Sometimes I want it to slow down but it doesn't. It seems like the years pass in the blink of an eye.

Hello Tina. Well the year started fairly well, then turned a bit to the worse - as i learned about 4 surgical interventions , one for me, one for my girlfriend, one for my mother and one for my grandmother. The good news is that mine and my girlfriends are over and were a success, and we also managed to buy our holiday tickets - we are going to Corfu Island, in Greece this Summer. I also recently bought a 2 day discounted tickets for a mountain villa room reservation which is to be used in the next 9 months - we will probably use it in the summer as well. The earnings are okay so far, i hope to get up to 50euros again in my paypal to request before our holiday, to get that little extra cash to have with us.

This year does seem to be going pretty fast. So far it actually has been okay for me. The last half of last year was hell. My marriage was in bad shape and I found out that I had made friends with a psycho. After getting out of that friendship my marriage is slowly starting to improve. We still have a ways to go but I think we are starting to make our way back. I hope that things will continue to look up. Financially we've been struggling but I'm hoping that too will get better in the next few months.

Well Tina, my year hasn't been as great as I would have liked. However, it could have been much worse & I'm in better shape than most...so, I can't complain!!! I love coming to myLot to see my friends!!! On some of my worst days, I come here & when I read some of the discussions, I realize I really don't have any problems!!!!

Awww..DITTO my friend. It does help to get things off your chest here on MyLot. I try not to moan about my life but sometimes I can't help it. This place reflects our moods, which is why it's so unique. I hope next month is better than the last two for you. The year hasn't been that exciting for me so far but at least I've had a bit more money than usual, what with sales of certain items on ebay plus a tax rebate that I wasn't expecting. So, it's not been too bad. I wasn't enthralled about my account being hacked over Christmas though but I refuse to let it dampen my enthusiasm for the internet!

You think its gone quickly??? To me it feels like its dragged on and on and on. In all fairness, i have been revising since january for exams i have starting next week, i cant wait to get them over and done with now. Its annoying how time goes quick when you want it to slow, and how it goes slow when you want it to go quick! Hmm...

I know Tina I can not believe that we are already going into March it seems that time is running past us I have been here 5 years now but it does not feel that long and it does not feel like that I am turning 50 this year But well for the last 5 1/2 Years here I have met wonderful People and they have helped me through bad times as well This Place is the best Site that has ever been made

Tina, It's going..It is just another year and things haven't changed much.We are still in the same situation we have been in.And having no cost of living raise the past few years doesn't help..Not having a car doesn't help.Hopefully soon the weather will get warmer and I can go out more to try and earn more money and find a bigger place to move to.

February flew past so fast that I think I must of slept through most of it? Eh? Man, I can't believe it is March already! At least that means warmer weather soon. We had an extremely cold winter here in the south and we aren't used to it...LOL! I can just see us all complaining now about how hot it will be this summer. We have had a couple of days in the low 80's already, so the summer promises to be just as harsh as the winter. And the finances stick. My electric bill is killing us. Now that gas prices are going up, it is going to be a tough couple of months. I don't see the gas prices coming down this time either. The United States needs to stop sending our oil overseas and open up our reserves along with more drilling.

This month has really flown by. I can't believe how fast it went. And I know what you mean about finances. Our power bill is about to kill us. It has never been as high as it was these last 2 months. And I've actually tried to keep the heat turned down to where we will not be freezing but where the power bill won't be so high. I don't think it helped that much. lol I will be glad when we get our tax refund back cause we really need it.

oh how sweet of you. i know what you mean. i dont know what id do without my mylot friends. when ones missing it worries the heck out of me. and btw, you was missing for a good bit there. glad you got better and came back.

Well time is flying by us once again!! Summer will be here before we know it! I am still stressing financially especially with the high prices of gas these days!! But I stayed home today because I didn't feel so good but I decided to be here on my lot with all of you! Hope I don't get in trouble from missing work because if they want a doctor's note can't help them there no money for doc these days!But to tell you the truth I don't really care if they get mad or not!! L.O.L. I woke up coughing and my throat was a little sore and I felt really tired for some reason so I have been here all day taking it easy washing clothes and going to try to make some Chicken Enchiladas and watch Gossip Girl and go to bed early so I can get back to work tomorrow. Hope you are having a good day!

I know that's just crazy isn't it? And I thought this year would look just like last but there is already lots of changes in the air! I'm moving, adding income on line and learning all kinds of new things. And the best part so far is the improvement i see my son making on a daily basis... new hope arises!! Yeah for 2011! (at least so far!!)

I feel that as time goes and you grow older, the months will fly by much sooner. Next thing you know, it's going to be the summer, and before you even know it, Christmas will be around the corner. It is a joy to read the things you share and also share our life experiences with you. I hope the future will bring more joy than stress to you and your life.

I am amazed at how fast time has flown this month. Ironically February was a long month for us, even though it is technically the shortest month of the year.

Well, as you can see, I'm a bit behind... I'd been ready to see the back of 2010, now to know if I owe taxes or not... I, for one, was glad to see the end of February, because, if any month will get snow, its February, and we did, indeed see snow and some really cold temps. I'm glad spring is here, well, here in Texas anyway. Summer will soon be upon us, but for now I'm glad its over freezing!

My year is actually going quite well. We're slowly getting our finances turned around and becoming more responsible with money and other things. We've paid off a few small bills, and are working towards paying off a few larger ones. I've started school.. and actually finished 2 classes already so I have 6 college credits. I'm starting 2 new classes this week. I've had a part time job for about a month now, and haven't even used any of my paychecks yet.. I'm saving them until I can open a savings account, and then I will put some of my money towards savings and the rest towards paying debts.. and sometimes I'll use a bit for fun spending. So far I'm feeling really good about what we've accomplished, and the goals we've set for the near future.

Well, just hope that all months a kind lucky days. Were all suffer from disturbance in life but we need to be optimistic and patient to get away from those things... Have a great day!

I agree, time seems to fly so fast. I don't even notice the date anymore. My year started badly as I were to decide on leaving my previous job or not and I really did end up leaving it. Good thing I got accepted in a job which I am currently loving. And so far, my year is doing fine. hopefully this year will end up really good for all of us. :)

Well I am glad to be part of your discussion and the fact that I am allowed to come back daily to you and so many others. I had a horrific 2010 and although 2011 has not full shaped up, I do say that I am very optimistic and things are going a okay. myLot has done wonders for so many but more so the community of members, this month was surely funky for me as I was out of internet for 9 full days in the beginning which caused me to loose many of my independent contracting gigs, but they are slowly picking up again. So I want to think about the upcoming more so then what has already passed. Positively thinking works well with me. I am so looking forward to the summer though as then I hope to be doing even better.
