What a lovely Day and Surprise

Well this Morning I got up very tired, I had a bad Night due to Pains and bad Dreams ( I have to stop letting things Play on my mind lol)
Anyway, by 1.30pm I was so tired I actually went to bed and not the Settee
I first called a Friend, then went to bed, well I bought one of those Memory Foam Pillows today, as my Pillows need replacing, I was told they are good, well sorry they are not, I am glad I bought the one to try first
I could not get comfy, so I thought to check the wrapping if there are different ones and I picked a hard Pillow, well instead of getting out my Side of the Bed I slid over the other side,swung my Legs out and well ...........................I had a very mad Gissi, I was not aware he was sleeping there so of course I stood on him, was he mad at me..........oh yes
He was growling at me and giving me that I am mad at you look
Well he came up on the bed when I got back in it, laid on me and just glared at me lol
I thought I had heard a knock on my Door, but with Gissi growling I was not sure, then another Knock, this time Gissi heard it to
I got up, put my Dressing gown on thinking it is my Friend Jean, as she sometimes comes over for Coffee at that time and then goes to work
I opened the Door and a Gentleman was standing there, asked me if I was Gaby, I said yes and as soon as he mentioned his User Name
A Dear Friend that I have wanted to meet for a while now, I did not recognize him of the Photos I had seen as he has lost quite a bit of Weight, but as soon as I heard his Name I recognized him, oh I was so happy that after long last I was meeting this sweet and lovely Friend
Now I shall not mention his Name I shall let you all guess who it was, as most of you know this sweet Friend and you all already know it is a he
He certainly cheered up with that lovely Surprise
So who do you think it was
Oh and surprise surprise Gissi liked him, he laid next to him for a bit and he actually BEHAVED lol

We bought two of those pillows. Hubby liked his. I did not. I guess it just depends on the person. I tend to like softer pillows.

Oh so those Memory Foam Pillows are no good then? I thought they might be because I have nights I can´t get comfortable for ages with those really soft Pillows that are out right now. I would have thought that they would have lived up to their name. Never mind all in the name of the game I suppose. So the Memory Foam Cover for the Bed must be about the same kind of thing then not much cop as they would say where I come from.
You stood on Gissi? Not surprised he was not in a good mood.
Your Friend seems to have put him right though seeing as he actually behaved. I can see that he is much better as well thank goodness for that.

Hiya Gabs,
That sounds like a Pillow we both bought ages ago and they were supposed to be blown up and made out of a comfortable rubber kind off stuff. We both got up the next Day with what felt like a curved Neck should I say a Swan´s Neck (grin).
I sent them back and I was going to put on the complaint form description "a load of Rubbish" as I was quite annoyed but laughing at the same time. We bought them here by the way.
Never again I said and I meant it I swapped them for something else. The same as the Bed that was supposed to blow up with a bike thing and stay full of air it kept going down and down the air did not stay in for longer than a minute so that went back as well.. All in all we did really laugh even though we were both very tired. Never mind Gabs I am still looking for a decent Pillow.xxx

If I had stood on any of my three they would have howled as if I was killing them. I hope your friend did not get the wrong idea when you opened the door in the middle of the day wearing your dressing gown!!!

Oh Gaby, what a lovely surprise. I know that perked you right up. I can not think of a name right off of who he might be. I know you have a few young men that you would love to see. I'm sure it would be someone there in your area. Someone possibly in our site and then again maybe not.
I'm just glad you had a nice visit.
I do hope you are feeling better and I do hope you goy a better nights sleep tonight.
I have yet to go to sleep although it is just 10pm here now. I will sleep some time tonight and talk to you tomorrow my time.

Yeah, I had one of those memory foam pillows and when the cats destroyed it, I didn't replace it...

Was it wolfie? how nice of him I have just thought of that myself too. It did take me a few mins to work that one out as well. Wolfie is the only one I can think of. Not sure how Pike is what he looks like really.

Good grief, girl. What were you thinking? I hope you did ask who it was before opening the door so late at night? Thank the Lord it was a friend and not trouble at the door. I am not going to guess who your late night visitor was but I am so glad it turned out to be a friend.

I don't think I know P1kefish, but I know there are some here I would like to meet, but they live so far away..I think that is why I met some people on MySpace, one is about 2 hours away and other only an hour, so it was easier to meet up with them..:)

I met a lovely woman yesterday Gabs. Considering that I arrived unannouced she was very accommodating. Her litle dog is lovelier han I thought possible. A real little character. I had a very good time and I'm only sorry that I couldn't stary longer. But then again - maybe I'd have outstayed my welcome! Next time we'll (me) be more organised.

Hmmmmm.......... that is really strange as I had a visit from a lovely Man yesterday and Gissi seemed on his best behavior
P1ke no one outstays their welcome it was so great meeting you I really enjoyed chatting to you and meeting to you after all this time I hope that maybe next time I can meet your wonderful Boss to that she will be able to come with you, as for being organised lol I don't mind at all

I bet that was a surprise. I'm glad that Gissi liked him. I don't know who it is since I haven't been a member here very long. I'm happy for you and him that you two had a real good visit and got to meet.
