Have you ever found money in your pocket, bag, or some where else

It is a story of my life. I lost so much every day as i forget to check my pockets before giving out for dry-cleaner ....May be my dry-cleaner already bought an iphone from my money lolzzzzzzzzzzzzzz......

haha yeah!! THat happened to me as well!! How i wish those areas i had leftover money in them are banks, so that i will be able to collect interest when i happen to chance upon them again!! lol =D I often have surprises in my jeans pockets as well as some boxes whereby i'm keeping them for rememberance.. How i managed to get my money in them has always remained a mystery to me.. lol =D

Oh but those are good finds. Aren't you glad you put that money back back then? lol I am always putting money away in pockets here and there. Later I find it and am glad I did. Usually it's when I really could use it.

Hey jugs jugs, I think this happens to a lot of us haha. I usually don't lose money because I use a lot of it haha haha but to me as we get older we tend to forget having money left in our pockets and wallets and stuff haha. Th have been times where i have left dollars in my pocket the most maybe a 5 dollar bill haha. My boyfriends mother keeps money in her bible and sometimes she flips to through the pages to find some bills she had in there and give it for offering hah? to me it's completely normal

Yes a couple of weeks ago I thought O No I Am almost out of money and it was only Tuesday and pay day is not until Friday and I was looking in my purse for change for a coke at work and I found $40.00!! A nice surprise and I tried to hang on to it until Friday but no such luck when gas is ridiculosly high!! And had to make it the rest of the week!

I've done that before. I once just looked in to my pocket in a random pair of pants, and suddenly there were a couple of dollars there. I didn't even realize those dollars had existed.

Once my mom and I found a 20.00 bill on the parking lot of Wendy's, a fast food restaurant. She said , let's eat and we went to eat.

Yes, usually in the washing machine after doing a load of jeans. But last week money appeared in a couple of unexpected places. Very much needed also.

When I always had cash in our home, this was something that would happen to me all the time. However, for the most part these days, we only use our debit card so it isn't very common at all for me to find money in my purse or in a pocket. However, there have been times that I've made a purchase at a yard sale and will later find money in the pockets of those items. I always feel like I've hit the jackpot when something like that happens to me.

I used to do this. To just tuck away money everywhere and forget about it. I always hoped that one day, when I go looking, I could find myself a pleasant surprise. But then came reality. And responsibilities. And I didn't have any extra to hide away. Congratulations on your find!

No because i always keep my money safely and properly in my purse or wallet. I don't like coins, notes to be stuffed in my pockets as i tend to forget about them when i'm home. It would be even worse if i take jeans and skirts to wash, my money would have been wasted then. I won't have monye put inside bags as well because girls, as u know, always prefer to have new bags than to reuse old bags. With that, i will feel my money is lost.

Happens to me very often. I put my money and change in many different places. Sometimes, when I had been to the store without my wallet but just the coat, for instance, I often leave the change in the coat pocket and completely forget about it. So many times I've found money in my pockets in the right time when I've needed it the most... In other cases I just forget coins everywhere in the apartment. Generally it's not good to be so unorganized but it really helps the budget sometimes and finding money this way is a great surprise.

yeah i have got many money together in the street when i was going to doctor before three years ago.when i was walking its touches my leg then took those and thought who is the owner of this money,may be he/she is sad for losing this,then i asked in a shop beside the road,and the shopkeeper told me that someone was looking for his money he was crying too:( then wait for that man and i returned money to him.he became very happy.i also happy because he was a day labor like,if he lost those forever he couldn't maintain his family and house rent:(

Well! sometime I keep money in my pocket and try to forget about it so that someday, when I get broke I might remember it and make myself rich that day. But sometime I put the money in my pocket and after removing the cloth I might forget I had some money and the next time I put on the cloth I find it in my pocket and begin to ask myself when I putted the money in there.

I accidentally stash money in my jeans pockets and jewerly box and then forget about it sometimes and then yes when I put on those jeans one day or open that box that I don't open once. I love it when I found money in those places. I do this so much I know i say I am saving that money for something but I starting to believe its for a rainy day or emergency's. It makes me feel happy when I find that money I had stashed away for who knows what reason.

I had to laugh when I read this as this is something that I am frequnetly doing! I don't know why because I am not reall that rich that I can forget how much money I have! I must say that this has proved quite useful over the years when I need money as all I had to do was to go through all the pockets on different clothes and I would nearly always find something. ._Derek

Congrats! Yes, I have done that before. I actually now have a purse I know there is a bunch of change in, but I haven't dug it out because I would like to get a change jar first and I haven't got anything to use at this point in time. I recently purchased a purse through a local thrift store and found a dollar in the pocket when I got home. I thought that was great... even though I'm not the one that put it there, it's cool!

It is very common to discover the money you kept earlier. I did have the same experience before. The money which I found was as a bonus or a saving to me. ha! ha! ha! I were very happy too because those were still my money. If I never discovered those money, someone might collect it later. Presently, it is very hard for me to discover my money anymore because I have started to keep my money at a save place all the while. It is really a good habit to keep and manage your money well.

this always happens to me. Although I bring my wallet with me every day, sometimes I will put some changes in my pocket then forget to take them out. A long time later, when I find them again, it would always be a surprise.

i have experience similar to you , i found money in the book i borrow from library, so i keep the money . haha
