We all love food, healthy or unhealthy foods but we do all love to eat. My favorite dish is shrimp, sometimes i cook shrimp in different ways like buttered garlic shrimp, grilled shrimp, shrimp with fish sauce, deep fried crispy shrimp, tempura, and jumping salad (a fresh shrimp deep in lemon or calamansi). Share whats your favorite dish and how you prepare it, maybe we can learn different styles in cooking our favorite dish. Have a nice day

My favorite dish would have to be chicken. There are lots of chicken dishes that I like such as roasted/rotisserie, fried, ala kiev, teriyaki, breaded, maybe buttered chicken, barbecue, and so on. I can't cook though ^.^'
I love shrimp too! In the Philippines, we have a shrimp dish called "sinigang" (although other foods can be "sinigang" such as pork. It usually means that the food tastes a bit sour). It's shrimp in sour soup base and some vegetables. It tastes great.

ohhh my, i love sinigang also, one of my friend taught me how to cook sinigang shrimp and "nilasing", mixes with sprite(soda) and its very delicious. I thought at first its only a experiment by him but its really delicious and i love it.

Oh shrimp is supposed to be quite good for you isnt it? I'm not too keen on seafood myself to be honest, even though we are having fish and chips this evening. I like pizza, fajitas, enchiladas and chili. I also quite like a few italian pasta dishes too.

I love to eat and I also like to try different kind of cultural foods. I want to explore when it comes to food. I also like shrimp that fried with garlic and onion with a mix of soda. I also like korean barbique, I taste it in my friend's birthday party. His grandmother prepare it for his birthday. It taste like a little bit of spicy but more on sweet and also a little bit salty. I can eat a lot of it specially if I will partner it with rice.

from shrimp dishes, i like to do two kinds
risotto gambas, and a typical brazilian dish from the northeast part, the Peixada a Delicia com camaroes
gambas and camaroes are both names for shrimp, hehehe!
for the risotto, i make the rice ready, then i save it for later use, i put oil, many tomatoes/onions/peppers or whatever you feel like it, let it smell good, then i place the gambas inside, i let them become pink and tasty, then i mix then all together, add some basilicum, yellow powder, and pepper mix everything together and its all ready :D
as for the typical dish, if you want, i can writ it in a later date :D

As a cook/caterer this is a difficult question to answer. There are so many dishes I have made, created and enjoyed over the years. There really isn't just one that makes the top of the list there are many.
A few favorites that are at the top of the list are:
Shrimp scampi
Stuffed shells
Baked ham
Prime rib of beef ***
Happy Cooking!
