This is going to sound funny but there is one piece of Chicken in the fridge now knowing that my husbAnd doesn't really care for Chicken but kowing that is the only thing in the freezer and knowing that he will be hungry when he walks in the door this afternoon, What would you do with that one piece of Chicken? Would you cook it for him with some vegetables on the side? What can you do with on piece? L.O.L.!!!

Hello jaher. One piece of chicken huh. Well it would depend on what else I had. Cook it and then cut it up and add to Alfredo noodles for one dish. Cook it and chop it up add some pickle relish, celery, and onion for a couple of sandwiches. o
also it could go into a pot pie. Cook the chicken add some potatoes and vegetables make a sauce and top with either a biscuit mix biscuit or a pie crust. I get recipes and ideas from Bisquick but make my own bisquick. I got the recipe from thriftyfun.dom

if you want to serve him you would do the same which you said earlier, but if you want to tease him ,it is better you fry it and eat your self.

you could make sandwhiches out of it. They both of you can have some and the vegetables too that you were going to make with it. It is always better to share what little with have with our favorite people whether it husband, wife, son or daughter etc..
Thanks unique16

Well, you can mix it with some veggies, like broccoli, onions, or green pepper etc... and you can make it taste really good. If your husband really hungry, that is a stopgap for it. I would like be improvise when I was hungry and there is only one piece of chicken left in a fridge.

Let him eat it cold. I like cold chicken. Depending on what piece is left you could cut the meat off and put it in some noodles. Not a lot of chicken in the noodles but it was still be meat. Best Wishes!

If I only had one piece I would probably cook it up and dice it up into something like fried rice where it helps with the flavor and adds protein to the meal. Since he doesn't like chicken very much he may not really notice its in there.

Well you could do Chicken Alfredo is he likes that. It is a suggestion. If you have noodles you can cook the chicken on a grill and cut it up in pieces and add it to some pasta then add in some vegetables he might like as well. I know you said you didnt have a lot in the freezer but you didnt mention your pantry so im not sure what else you have in stock but im sure you have something you can fix up with that chicken. It shouldnt be to hard. Goodluck

In the mart we frequent, they sell bbq chicken legs, which are heavenly delicious. And they are also mostly one in a box And it may sound very less but it's very filling. There is also one piece of sliced fruit at the side
Anyway that one piece of chicken and vegetables on the side sounds good. Or cut them into small pieces and make fried rice? Dunno. I've been into fried rice too much lately.

I suggest marinate the chicken with onion, soysauce and vinegar and cook it in a frying pan. Its called chicken adobo and delicious. Just try it you gonna love the taste.
