hi,
when i was alone at home sometimes i prepare an experiment cooking, because that was the only food in our refrigerator,i think i had made it thrice at the age of 20,and because i was alone there were no one will cook for me so i really have to do it on my own,and some food i prepared was a soup and fried vegetables.

I love to cook and I´m a very good cook (or so my family and friends say). I love to experiment so as to make a new dish out of cheap ingredients that I can afford. Today I had a visitor for lunch (a lawyer that is helping me with legal things probono) and made a stuffed roasted chicken, salads and a nice bread pudding. He loved it as he´s a bachelor and usually eats junk
Happy posting!

I experiment sometimes. I had to modify the recipe because we don't have the other ingredients. You know cookbooks list too many ingredients that we can't buy from a sari-sari store(local mini store), like parsley for example.
I actually posted my ingredients on one of my discussions, it resulted to a very sour pasta, my family had to force themselves to finish it. -sigh- never cook corned tuna, spaghetti sauce, tomato paste with three day old cooked pasta

As I cook/chef and ex-caterer I usually make all my recipes from scratch. I do read cookbooks too but change recipes to what I feel my family would prefer all the time.
It is always a pleasure knowing your family enjoys the meals you prepare for them each day.
Happy Cooking!

I like to cook new recipies through food that i enjoy, hehhe, this may seen pretty obvious, but when it comes to mix tuna with sausages, it looks strange right? But if yo do an amount of each that isnt too much, and it matches the sauce, you can taste two diferent things on a meal, without eating too much of each! I just hope i can learn how to make roquefort sauce, it is so delicious :D
