Stress symptoms include mental, social, and physical manifestations. We live in stressful times. The bills aren’t going to stop coming. The simple realization that you’re in control of your life is the foundation of stress management. What can you do to manage your stress?

Others have said how I manage stress but I was struck how beautiful a full moon is when it lowers itself at west and I'm at the church's west facing door. The scenes like this mesmerize me. I get to read stories too like how a man shows his feeling to the woman or how he was accused of harrassing and he responds, "harrass your own face, man."

Stress Management depends on what kind of stressor we do have. Every individual do have a different stressor. One of the common ways to manage stress it to bombard yourself with positivity. Always Smile and Get a lot of SLEEP.

Stress is part of our everyday life.It comes in different ways and manners, sometimes simple or too much.I guess I do handle stress everyday especially at work. One of my coping mechanism to relieve stress by eating my favorite foods.Sometimes by means of talking or releasing what I feel helps but at the end of the day, I leave the stress behind and enjoy life.

hi boylopez I am a diabetic and I have learned that letting myself
become stressed will shoot my blood sugar up high. So I use the
magic bubble vision, I see this magic bubble around me that is
stress proof. Stress cannot bother me as the bubble shields me
so I go on being happy and positive that my day is going just
great.Stress just bounces off mymagic bubble.this was taught to'us diabetics by a diabetes nurse educator and it really does work too.
I just use my imagination and forget all about the stresses,

Stress is so bad for you. When I start getting stressed out over work or back when I was in school, I would just try to remember what one of my old bosses told me - when it gets busy in life or work, just step back for a minute, take a big breath, and remember to laugh. We can only do so much as humans - we aren't perfect. I think it helps to make that realization. When I have a big project I try to break it down into more manageable tasks instead of just sitting there overwhelmed by the big picture. I also think that some kind of physical exertion is good for you stress-wise - like running, biking, doing yoga, etc. I know how relaxing it is when those endorphins hit in right after working out.

I lie down in bed to meditate. I practice lucid dream even if I am not professional. I watch Japanese animation that has comedy genre. I watch TV so that it would help me take away stress. This is the way I manage my stress

When you experience stress, your body produces a chemical called cortisol. Cortisol is responsible for all the fight-or-flight symptoms you experience as reactions to stress. Vitamin C is a cortisol blocker. If you're feeling stressed, unwind with a nice tasty orange. If you can practice mindfulness while peeling and eating it, double whammy.

have a good relationship with God... that is the very first and most important thing for me... i cast all my worries and burdens to Him and i know that He will comfort me... think positively... be content with what i have in life and not asking for more... count my blessings from God one by one every single minute of my life... always be grateful... take care and have a nice day...

That said, this time I was very stressful. There are many things that made ??me very stressed. Every time I think, what I am going through right now. Makes me more stress. To relieve stress, I open the internet, and logged in to MyLot. My stress. be slightly reduced. Although in the end, I must face the fact that I had to face. And maybe, I'll come back feeling stressed.

Individuals have different way of handling their stress. For me, I would normally go for a mini vacation, just a local vacation with my girlfriends, normally to the beach, to get the cool fresh air and breeze. Throw on some music and dance alone in the room, sway according to the flow of music, just close your eyes and relax. Picture yourself faraway from where you are, from the stress where it belongs. Take time off to stroll down your streets, to the field, lay back down and look at the bright stars and moon. Close your eyes n take a deep breath, inhale and exhale. That might do the trick.
