Do you ever find that sometimes the simplest times are your best times? The plans you make in advance often let us down. Random meetings, last minute decisions, and changes in plans often turn out best.

That is one of the good things about life. The simplest things are often the most enjoyable. I often get joy from little things.

Yep, another saying, the simple lifestyle is the best one. So often we make lots of plans for different stuff because we yearn for too much and we wanna get the ideal results from our plans but much more often than not, all of these plans end up with nothing for our lack of time or just the same mind like we set up for the previous plans. A little bit disappointed though, we can feel far more relaxed without these burdens of plans.

Yes what I enjoy the most is when my friend just calls to say he is coming to pick me up and we just spend the day at his house, talk and have a good time.

I completely agree with you. There are a lot of simple things in life that make it so much better. For simple things that I enjoy is just spending time with my family, taking a nap, playing a good board or card game, drinking coffee. I really enjoy doing things like that.

I do agree with you and remember those peaceful times while I sit with my wife on the banks of Ganges gazing at flowing waters for no end up, even without speaking a sentence for hours. That was such a beautiful time, I would never forget it. Cheers.

I totally agree, I used to pack a bag and load the kids in car and where ever we ended up...is where the fun began. And the kids loved the mystery of it all....

I like things going on according to plans. Those unpredictable things can't give me a sense of security.

Yes I would agree. I have experienced last minute plans that turns out really the best. This just happened to me recently, it was the birthday of my friend and we never did plan on it before hand so when the days were coming nearer that was the time we planned to go out and it would be hard for us to be all there because we either had other plans already or some has work. But then when the day came, we were all able to be there. And we had so much fun then. I believe that no matter how unprepared you are, you can always think of a better fun way to make things look good and often turns out to be the best.

Yes, sometimes unplanned events are better than planned ones. I always believe that God has a better plan so I just follow the flow for I never fear God is with me. I also love spending time with my family just eating, cuddling, laughing and sleeping together. Those times are the best.

Hi friend, you are right, no one have the ability to predict about the next moment in our life, we may miss some simple things, which lead us to get failure. We must be very careful while doing important things

I agree that the simplest times are the best times. Usually if we plan in advance we usually have a high expectation for it while if we do random things on the spot we tend not to have any expectation so in turn everything that happens can give us satisfaction.

I totally agree. I've experienced the same thing before. My friends and I always agree upon the same idea that most of the time, that those unplanned trips to the malls are much enjoyable since they actually happen, instead of those that were actually planned ahead of time. This "simplicity" doesn't only apply on this kind of situations, but in almost any other possible happening in our every day lives. Despite being mundane, any typical day could offer you some of the most joyful times in your lifetime experience. Perhaps this quote might be relevant for this topic: "The happiest of people doesn't have the best of everything. They only make the best of everything." - from the short inspirational story, "Life is Like a Cup of Coffee." :)
