Sometimes I dont go to sleep till 3 or 4 in the morning

I stay up until after 11:00 p.m. and end up getting to bed between 12:00 and 1:00 a.m. although I'd rather go to bed much earlier but I think of mylot while I'm trying to get to sleep. I wonder how other members get through the night who are posting over 100 a day?????

hmm....not fix time i have ....sometimes 12.00a.m ..or 3.00 a.m or 5.00a.m ....sometimes not to sleep a one day ... just doing my work n work ..:) ...

it varies
Sometimes I'll go to bed at 11p.m.
and sometimes it can be as late as 3-4a.m.

on weekends I go to bed around 6:30 am. on weekdays I go to bed at 10pm-12pm.
