I did a search, and the animal bit doesn't necessarily need to break skin for the virus to be transmitted. Saliva can get into your body other ways, although it's not as common. You've probably got nothing to worry about, BUT I'd see a doctor anyway, today. There's no point taking chances.

If there is no wound and your skin is not broken, you do not need to worry. The dog's saliva would have to get into your bloodstream to cause any danger.
I would suggest that you research the rabies symptoms in dogs and if that dog has no symptoms, it most likely does not have rabies.

bitten by a dog but you do not have a wound just need to see a doctor you beat one injection.

No wound but don't be too confident ,observe the dog for 10 days , if the dog gets sick then for sure the dog got rabies , don't waste a second go then to the nearest hospital , ask ffor medical help it is a very dreaded disease.
