Where do you get your coffee?

Since Starbucks is just across the street, I always buy coffee from them. However, other times, me and my office mates get our coffee from Figarro or in Coffee Bean. Though, I still prefer the coffee being served in Starbucks.
How about you guys, where do you usually get your coffee?

I get my coffee at Starbucks too. I didn't know about them until a friend of mine took me there many many years ago. Now I am a devotee.
Do you have a Starbucks card? A little bit of a hint for you, especially since you go there so often. If you have a gift card make sure you register it on their web site. The wonderful thing about registering it is that if the card is stolen or lost Starbucks will reimburse you for the money you had on the card at the time of loss. Also each time you buy a coffee you earn a star. Every twelve stars gets you a free drink or food item,up to $5. If you use up the money on your gift card you can refill it, which is what I do. Even if you don't have enough money on the card to pay for a drink, I put $5 on my card to pay for the drink rather than just paying the cash for the drink...that way you get your free item sooner. After you have purchased 100 drinks on that card you earn a "Gold Card". With the gold card you get some of the extras without paying for them. You also receive a free item on your birthday. ( The free drink or food item...they just added the ability to buy food items towards your rewards and receive them as rewards too) Also you get emails informing you of special offers, new products, and more.
I've had my gold card for the past four years. I used my first one so long that the magnetic strip wore out and the reader couldn't read the information. It is really great and quite a ego boost when one of the workers is impressed with the gold card!
I am remembering the Caramel Brulee I had last night...YUM!!!

Wow! They got a such cool gift card! Sounds great, but still it will take time until Starbucks gets to every city in my country. Maybe if I see one of their shops I give a try.

They are expensive compared to regular coffee sold in vending machine but they're delicious. And that is why I only get to drink at Starbucks several times a week. Thanks for sharing your insight!

I do get my coffee just infront of our place. We do have a coffee vending machine for only five pesos per cup.
I prefer hot choco though than coffee.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well most of the time, me and my friends try to go to a good coffee shop and order something new every day as we get bored having the same type of coffee every time. We all feel that making a coffee is tiring and exhausting rather than ordering for yourself and having it with your own friends.
What say?

That's true, besides it's not always that you get to make a perfect blend of coffee :)

Vending machine. I don't drink those high quality coffees. I just use instant coffee and drink. We don't have too much Starbucks here in Hungary. And I don't think they will be popular because most people here won't give a lot of money for a cup.

It really depends. When I need to burn the midnight oil while studying for my exams, I take a cup or two of cheap and instant 3-in-1 coffee from a convenience store or go to a 24-hours-open branch of McDonalds and have their brewed coffee (I dislike the taste but it keeps me awake). Although once in a while, if it's still early and I want a quiet and comfortable place to study, I go to Starbucks a nice grande caramel frappuccino or to Figaro for a cup of white chocolate latte :D
With friends, I go to either Starbucks or Seattles Best since those are the shops closest to our school :)
