How i can overcome from depression ?

The best way to overcome depression, is to get yourself busy with something, something that would take away all memories that makes you depress. For example if you are depressed about love, then go on a journey, travel, spend time with friends, or explore the beauty of nature.. replace the bad memories with good ones. Share some blessings to others,anything that can make you smile and enjoy. Depression is sadness so the best way is to cure it with happiness.

The best way to overcome depression to me is to practice yoga ( obviously under the supervision of an expert) listen to music of your choice, pamper yourself with what you love , love yourself. One can learn the scientific way of meditation to bring calmness to your mind & get rid of negative 'karma' & attain peace of mind. Offering social service to the under privileged can also help you to boost up your moral.

I hope to be able to help you somehow with what you are going through... I have had the same thing happened to me too, just not long ago (probably just a year ago). It was like one hell of a ride where i felt i am losing the will to live, i do not see the good things in everything i see, i do not feel i can be happy again, i was really depressed and just a single word, i would be triggered to cry or try to hold back my tears... These things happen because we feel or we think we are unable to see that we ca be happy and that causes our depression, at least for me it was the reason. i thought why people are making me unhappy, why they disappoint me, why they purposely hurt me...
The best way that helped me through it was prayers, i constantly prayed and prayed that whatever that was bothering me be taken away for me, whatever was done to me, that i would be given the strength and the heart to be able to forget - or forgive... and slowly i feel better, i slowly feel that i deserved to be happy and i started opening up myself to my family who i know was concerned about me too. sometimes we just fail to see that people loves us, friends, family, extended family that we just were focused on those things that makes us unhappy and we neglect those who are willing to be there for us and that we fail to see that being happy was a choice, really.

Hello friend and nice to meet you again. i hope you remember me, i am here to share something that may help you to finish your depression or remove your stress.
there are lot of thing to help you, but i am sharing some with you.
1. take a break and have some visit to nature where you can sleep sometime in green nature during morning or evening time. first when you rest in nature a calm wind blows and that makes you relax and removes your stress and it will relax your mind that means you will be away from depression.
2.go to some hilly area and when you will alone then shout as much and as loud you can, this will also make you relief of your depression.
3. if you are religious then this will be important for you, seek help from lord because he is the one who can help us and can give us strength to overcome it.
my way to remove stress and depression is i made wazu(washing face,hands,head and legs) and when i enter a mosque. a calm wind relax me and now my stress is gone and when i pray namaz i feel like, i am front of my lord which removes all my depression and give me a new strength to face this world.

A few years back, I had some big issues that I need to deal with. I had sleepless nights and even left the house just have a breather. This continued for the next 6 months. Then I suddenly realized that I have been spending too much time thinking of "what has happened" and not thinking of "what should be done" to make things going better. I was afraid I was going to have a nervous breakdown! So I just decided to pick up all the pieces, tried being with people and stopped thinking of the past. And so I have moved on.

I think you can make friendship with more friends. They usually can make you know what you have to do. In my country, if we get depression, one of way solution is religion approach. That's not best solution but you can do it if you are religious people. Maybe some kind of supplement can help you too

It's really a challenge to control yourself when you are in depression. I've done many mistakes when I was in depression and today I'm paying the price for it. You are a genius and brave person if u can control yourself, but I don't know how. Maybe meditation helps.

You are the master of your own self. Get some inspiring books to keep you motivated and to make you focus on the nicer things in life. Depression results from over-thinking and over-analyzing life's situations. Just be cool and bear in mind that life is not a bed of roses, that we can't all live a perfect life, that problems are normal occurrences in life and that we are not alone when it comes to having problems. Cheer up!

Be calm at the time of depression because if your are excited or frustrated you can meet some untoward incidents. You have to overcome the depression issue by many ways. First thing is to avoid the incidents that are detrimental to normal life to cope with the situation.

The feeling of desperation made people feel so down. At times, people will feel pity or outcast the person. We need to be not judgemental on this kind of issue. We can never tell the luck of our life. The depression can be handled without desperation, it should need to be open and never isolated yourself.

I suggest you pray sincerely to God. Tell Him everything why are you depressed. Go with positive people too and eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. If you cannot get rid of it, go and see an expert. These people are instruments of God too to overcome that problem.

when your depress you think too much and sometimes you cant think the solution of your problem but here s one thing i hope can help you go out for a while walk in the the beach then when you feel much better you can come home and ask ask some one to talk too
