lost 10 lbs.!

I weighed myself tonight and I am now 10 lbs. lighter than before I started going to the gym. Aside from spending some 40 minutes in the gym every other day, I have also given up sodas, so now I am so happy to see the result of all my efforts. I am doing this for myself, my loved ones, and everyone who still needs me to be healthy. I know how hard it is to get started with gym work, but I have done it for three months already and I am seeing results now. How about you? How successful have you been at keeping yourself healthy? Share your story.

Hi there Cutie18f! It's really good to hear that your weight goals are on track and that you are seeing some good results with your workouts and daily regimen. I am happy to hear that. Unfortunately, on my part, I haven't been successful in starting to change my lifestyle and taking my first step to shedding off some of those unwanted pounds. I am a busy person, and always under pressure and a lot of stress. I work around 60 hours a week, and going out to the gym, seems a far fetched idea for me. Anyway, I'll keep trying. Good luck!!! And hope to hear some more good news from you.

I know right... I'll do my best to change my lifestyle and at least incorporate some exercise time in my weekly schedule. I wish I could have the persistence and consistency you got when it comes to your workout routines.

Congrats on the amazing accomplishment! Hope you manage to keep going in the right direction. I myself love to walk and jog everyday(easy way to stay healthy). Do you also watch what you eat or you just careful about working out? Have a great day!

Now, I do strict program to diet. I always eat and exercise regularly. Every morning ran 5 miles and drink water as much as 5-8 cups per day. If you are hungry then I eat fruit and drink mineral water with high oxygen levels. I finished exercising a warm bath and soak in the bath up. It was refreshing. Never miss your time without exercise. The mind will feel focused if regular exercise. So far the diet and exercise I do in accordance with the procedures established at the outset necessary discipline in doing everything according to procedure. The results will not be visible in a short time. Necessary patience in doing an appropriate discipline and in accordance with schedule
