Feeling so stress

This month is really full of problems. I'm so stress and depress as well. Family, financial, friends and school problems came along same time. What a life of me. Hoping to survive this problems and suceed. I'm so tired but I need to move and do something for me to fight this problems.

i have had also experienced the same problem that you faced for now. whether we like it or not trials and sorrows are present in life. what to do is just keep on praying and never loss hope for at the end of the rainbow there will be a pot of gold and when the door closed there will be other sides open for you to find a new beginning and to face another level of challenge in life.

A lot are in the same situation as where you are in. Just don't lose hope in striving hard for your family.

when you facing lot of stress at a time just write down on a paper which is more stressful for you, then instead of solving all problems at a time try to solve one by one. And during those stress period do not avoid your friends who are close o you, if you can discuss please share your problems

hi friend, don't worry , any problem is temporary in life, don't get depressed, yes we need to fight back to be normal ,so develop positive thoughts first this will fill you with positive energy and you get a sudden change in you mind rest of the things will set right after.

For some reason I also have stress and depress feeling because of how people treated me especially here at home. My boyfriend is the only person who can help me to heal with my problems though the problem is he is not with me everyday so chances are I really end up being always depress. What I can't escape is the fact that I am always with the negative people which is really hard to handle.

Now a days almost everyone are running in a lot of stress because of the very fast moving lifestyle and the increasing pressure to keep up with the pace of others. It is very normal to be stressed even at a very young age and even from the childhood the school kids are being stressed out to get to the first rankings in their grade schools! All you can do is, take a break and breathe and relax. Try to meditate as much as you can and never forget to take that much required sleep which will help you to cope up with the increasing stress!
