Through this past year, I've been through a lot of different stresses in my life. In fact, I believe that it is because of the fact that I've been very stressed that I've started spending more time in bed than I would really like to be spending in bed.
However, last week we got some good news that has started to take some of the stress off of my shoulders and I have to say that since that happened, I've been sleeping less than I had been.

When I get stressed I find music is a great reliever and healer, I have different types of music dependent on my mood, if I am stressed, upset, depressed, happy, etc... I can get lost in music, there is a lot of meaning in the lyrics. Your JJ sounds special. I had a special cat his name was Zeus, he knew when I was ill, because he would follow me everywhere, I don't like animals on my bed but for him I made an exception, he is a beautiful cat. Did you know that it was scientifically proven that just by stroking your cat can reduce stress in a person!

Actually this is a very usual way that the supervisor to push their subordinate to do things fast, that is OK and actually you just need to yourself as usually, just do what you need to do,under great deal of stress will not be good to your job so pls release that.

How are going to have stress-free? I feel so stress out, I used to sleep and if I wake up; I deal with my stressors. We need to regain more energy to face them.

You really can't avoid stress. It's part and parcel of this we call LIFE. And like everything else that come our way, it is something that we need to deal with. There's no hiding from it and we definitely cannot wish it away.
What I do in times of stress is I stop everything that I do, think of what makes my life so special and then I go out, eat, and watch a feel good movie. Afterwards I already have a better perspective on what I need to do.

For stress, no matter why the stress, count your breath, three, three, three in and three, three, three out. Then two, two, two in and you get the idea. After you have done your ones, you'll feel much more calm and able to make a thoughtful choice. Blessings.

First of all, stress is an inevitable part of life. While some stress in our lives can be helpful too much stress can be harmful to the body.
Yes, I have had my bouts of overwhelming stress. I have been stressed out and even experienced panic attacks at times. Stress can feel like the plague because it is so consuming, and it can be very challenging to overcome it.
Some research that I have done states that when our body is under stress it needs additional b-vitamins and other vitamins because stress can deplete many of these essential vitamins that our body needs. Yes, our furry little companions can be so comforting. I know that I love my little Tigger. Pets can be very comforting. I would also add that comfort foods seem to help when we are velling stressed out. I would say my favorite stess foods are pizza, chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream, and brownies. Not the world's healthiest food, but chocolate can have a calming effect. Exercise can also help to reduce stress. I know when I was under tremendous stress at work that just a simple walk would help me to clear my head and reduce my stress level. If all this fails, I generally go straight for the Tigger I need a hug. They only thing is that Tigger has a two hug per day limit (actually he says that is when push comes to shove otherwise in a time of great need otherwise he says that the limit is 1 or less per day). Tigger is not big on hugs. He will snuggle and cuddle, but does not love to be picked up and hugged. Talking to friends can also help to reduce stress. I find that coming online to myLot has a way of helping me to unwind and relax.

Well, I can say what help my husband and me the most is going for long walks, and take nice deep breath of fresh air and try to think about the nature and the best for me is to ask God to help me to overcome it when it gets me too strongly. I do cooking too it past the time and relaxing music. I hope I was a good help.

There are several ways in order for us to cope up with stress. First we ignore whatever things that would cause us to be stressed. Be it a person, a thing or an act. Second, we can walk out and third we can face it.
The first two options are good for the moment but the result, the same problem will keep on repeating. Facing the problem is probably the best option that we can do.
Have a nice day!

Generally, I would say that working on your own pace on the assignment and take some breaks to relax is the best option. However, I cannot exactly pinpoint the best way for you to relieve your stress. Everyone has their own preference of what method will work the best. For me, I usually try to listen to some music, take a nap, or watch some TV. When you take breaks, just don't take too long.
But stress is not all bad. There is distress, which is bad stress, and there is eustress, which is good stress. In regards to good stress, it is the coping mechanism, which enables you to get good results while trying to prevent bad results. For instance, studying or doing an assignment creates stress, but it is eustress. It's eustress because the stress is motivating you to get a good grade and avoid getting a bad grade. For distress, we have those moments where stress develops, which we cannot have a good result and is beyond our control. For instance, we develop stress from situations like traffic jams or just those bad days at work, which we learn just to move on with our day.
