Do you count your calories every day with what you eat or do you just eat and not worry about the calories your putting into your body?
I don't count what I eat, I just eat what I feel like eating for the most part. Now my...

We have now gone thirty one days without eating out or buying takeout. We did not start out to do this, but when we were two weeks into it, having not spent money at restaurants we decided to see how long we could go without fast...

emavs9 I like to save eating out as a treat. Normally I don't like spending money on going to restaurants when $20 of groceries can feed you for a few meals versus $20 feeding you for one meal. It's tough but it also makes eating out even more enjoyable because it's...
