How do you think of macho, strongly masculine people?

How do girls think of those people who have a very strong masculine body? Like those men you see in WWW wrestling. Of course, boys can also share their perception about this. That would be interesting.
For me, I think that's very manly, to have a very macho body, but not to the point that I would like them, or have a mad crush on them. lol. In fact, I am kind of scared with these people, like they could put up a fight with anyone anytime they want. So yeah, I think they are "trouble." To have a body like this is certainly not a appropriate for women, I would think of them as those women who doesn't have any plan to have kids.
Actually this is also another research qualitative question. Heh. Thank you for sharing what you think!

I like men who are appropriately muscular. However, those men who have too much muscles in their bodies are less appealing to me. They looked like they're going to pop anytime soon. My opinion on women who have muscular bodies, well, they don't seem womanly to me. Nevertheless, it's their preference so I respect that.

Thank you for your opinion, Franne! So I think no one wants a man who looks like they're going to 'pop anytime soon'. So I guess that's your definition of macho! lol. Someone who's going to pop out soon. Hahaha! So funny! I think I'm gonna include this on our papers. lol!

True that. But gays equal to 'not real men'? I don think so. Some muscular men who are not gays, but they cheat on their partners, i cant say that they are real men. Just my opinion tho.

in my opinion, i just do not like them. Specially when they are not wearing the shirts. I know it is all manly and all, but then, man! I just feel weird about the muscles popping out and stuffs like that. For me, a man with a very nicely and neatly toned body is the real man. He need not have that huge muscular body to be manly.
True manliness comes only when a guy behaves well and understands his responsibilities and act accordingly.

Agreed. And 'real men don't run away from the problems and try to cover them with lies.' He acts maturely and face the consequences of his actions. All men should be like this especially they are the foundation of a family!

Personally I am a little wary of a man who puts such time and effort into getting a very muscular body. I don't think it is natural. I prefer the body of athletes, they seem to be toned rather than built up into bulges.
I suppose the men who do all the weight training and exercises to build these 'macho' bodies have some goal in mind apart from their personal vanity. Perhaps to earn the envy of skinnier men. I doubt that they do it to attract women, they would be too involved with themselves to have time for a time consuming relationship. Women like men to notice them first not the other way around. Perhaps I am being old fashioned....

I think that some men have really great bodies, but I don't like a lot of muscles. Too much muscle seems unreal to me. If a man has a little muscle, I think that's great, but too much can be a real turn off for me.
Also, I do not like men with macho personalities. That is another turn off for me because a man who is like that won't treat any woman like a real person, also, men like that can very superficial.
If a man has a great personality, and just the right muscles, then he is good to go.

Masculine is fine. A little bit of muscle too. Not like those guys with the hughnormous bumps coming out of the bumps on their bumps. Okay, that is just over load and scary. I do tend to gear more toward guys that some people would call the "pretty boys".

They might be big, but doesn't mean that they really fight all the time like u said. But i think those bodies are quite weird, for me.

Personally they aren't my favorite. I like toned men but not when they are too too muscular like those who wrestle or are body builders. I'm a tiny girl and I don't think I could handle such a huge strong guy haha. I definitely like tall, strong men just... not too tall or too strong. I think there's a perfect balance between wimpy and body builder but any of the two extremes are equally as unattractive to me.

That's a good choice. Because seeing a petite girl, hand in hand with a very macho guy... well, that's just too awkward. They'll look like number 10. Lol. I think a tall man would be good for you, so the genes would be balanced. :)
