What‘s your way of escaping the stress?

Stress is our biggest enemies,and there are many kinds of stress,some caused by work,some by friend,family,even by ourselves.
For me,I would get rid of my stress from work by talking with my good friends,sometimes I don't need a reply,I just want to find someone who can listen my worries.Or I would stay alone and eat some food which are my favorites,sleep or walk around to get some fresh air.
How do you free your stress when you are upset,stressed/unhappy?

When i am stressed, upset and unhappy i usually spend my time on activities which
will make happy. This activities are eating, watching movies, surfing the internet
and others. When i am unhappy, i always call my mother and talk things with her. After a talk with her, i feel lightened and encouraged. I also love to go out with friends and have conversation with them, these make me forget the things which caused me to be stressed. And most of all, i pray and cast all my burdens to God.

When I'm stress I'am usually unhappy and very emotional. And my way of escaping the stress is I go to church because it is a peaceful places where I can set my mind in peace and forget what causes me stress,sometimes I want to be alone,I talk to a friend to share what makes me stress to make me feel better and lessen the worries that me make stress,I seek attention sometimes when I'm stress that I want someone there to comfort me. Sometimes when I'm stress I eat less and I sleep less, sometimes also I drink some liquor to escape the stress and sometimes I cry to lessen the pain that causes me over-thinking and worried.

There are various ways of escaping the stress,and with the day going on,we will be more mature to face with these stress which comes from work or studies.

Stress is really a part of life and without it life can be boring. Am I right?:) I also do same ways as you do sometimes just to get rid of stress. It depends on the reason of my stress, sometime I love being alone and just listening to slow rock music and sometimes I just opened it out to close friends of mine. The most effective way for me to free my self from stress is whenever I go play basketball or any ball games with my friends or siblings. Another also is to faced that activity which causes my stress. For example for me as a student one cause of stress is the projects, by just accomplishing it is a very good way to get away from that stress.

True,everyone has to meet with different kinds of stress through one's life.And it varies from period to period.So we also need to find different solutions to them accordingly.

..it is true that stressed is our biggest enemies the most case that i have encountered makes me stressed is that when have a client that is hot tempered he just kept he just kept on complaining on the forms that he is filling up instead they should be thankful because we have patient in assisting him or her to let that forms be completed . My way of escaping the stress is that when i go home i go to my bed immediately and sleep.Sometimes if i am with my friends i am not talking when they are asking questions because i am afraid that i might say something that can hurt them so i preferred to just be quiet. There are times that i go home our province to refresh my mind when i am stressed because when i go home my younger brother always makes me laugh because of his jokes..

It is really big headache if dealing with a tough customer.But we have no choices.The only way is to tolerate him/her as we can.And after we finish the work,try to forget it and leave it behind.

For me, there are many times i get stressed usually, but when i get stressed to something, i usually listen to musics that are good to hear, i also usually go out all alone just to freshen up my mind and eat anything that would sooth my taste. I also go to some places which are quite or where can i meditate alone with myself or call someone to go out to say what ever i feel that day.

When ever im stress i always make sure to control my self from getting mad at some one. I always listen to music, sleep or watch movies and dramas. Watching romantic comedy movies or dramas really helped me a lot. I also eat chocolate when ever im stress. My best way of relaxing is having a good res with a good music.

I've only one answer for that question. And that is MUSIC. Being a mom of three kids is a challenge everyday to my sanity lol! So, when the situation gets so stressful that I'm ready to pull my hair, I put on my earphones and listen to my favorite songs. Sometimes I crank the volume just a little bit higher to drown out any sounds from everything that surrounds me. 10 to 15 minutes are all I need to de-stress.
A few minutes of listening to my kind of music to help me relax and calm down. :-)

Dealing with stress is not easy; you should take time to plan out and to reflect on its solution and avoidance. First, breathe in and breathe out… you should be able to release tension on your everyday life. Put all stress in a way that the outcome will draw a good possibility.
Identify things and problems that cause your stress, Try to pull your problems off by searching ways and means to solve it. Take control of yourself and don’t easily burst from the stressor, be calm and take control about the situation.
Express your feeling in a good manner instead of keeping it to yourself. In this manner, you are able to focus on the positive side and then be able to manage your time, yourself better.

each and everyone cant avoid stress. but come to think of it if your a person who doesn't experience stress its kinda boring right? because no change and no growth at all or the other way around. stress have positive and negative effects. for me to overcome my stress i sleep more, eat more depending on my mood, call my friend to have party or kinda trip, go to place where i can feel comfortable or happy with regards to the environment and the thing i mostly do is that i talk to my someone special cause his the person who give me ideas or lessons knowing the two sides of the problem or stress. :)

It is not easy to free your stress. But for the best way to relieve my stress is to eat some chocolates during watching movies. And sometimes in our province, I also go to the peak of the mountain and shout until my worries and problems are released. To avoid stress don't keep your problems and worries with you all the time, because it may cause you more stress. Rather try to find ways to relive it and be optimistic that you can surpasses it.

Stress have always been in my life. It's like a shadow that wherever I go it follows. It has been a part of my life that makes me grow stronger. It's a part of my life where I can pick lessons on. It's a challenge of my life that never comes when I dont have the capacity of Facing it. Whenever I'm stressed I dont confide to a friend or family much. What I need is just a time alone to rest and to think.I think of the possible things to do. I thinkn of the effects of these possible things to do positive/negative to me and to other persons. in this way i make myself be able to wake up in the morning with positive outlook.

Stress is seemingly a thing that is obviously not avoidable specially at school. You know: paper works, term papers, projects and the like. In my case cooping with stress had been quite a handy thing for me, handy in the sense that I sleep a lot when I am experiencing such. I as well tend to eat more and to over-think things. I as well tend not to interact with other people about my problems and things that makes me unhappy because I consider my self independent or maybe having a strong personality. In many ways, I do think the these kind of self coping that I usually do is somewhat a good thing cause I do think that I don't pond upon advice and the like more often, I mean I over think things anyway, so why need for advice if I my self can internalize the situation and work with it. I mean don't get me wrong, its not that I am a loner or I rigidly disregard help and the like, its just that my persona entails, 'if you can do it by just your self, and the outcome is quite handy and good, why ask for help? ain't it right?'/

Sometimes even we turn to someone for help,it makes no differences.The only we can do is to calm down and think about a suitable way of dealing with it by ourselves first.If we can help by ourselves,it is not necessary to ask for help.

In every people stress is problem in every time, for me the way's for escaping the stress is by talking to my family, friend's, and doing sometime that give me relaxing my mind and everything that will not help to me. stress is our problem especially to our work because their is a tendency that you will not finished your job on time. So the better way for me is doing something that are not related to work or everything that make you stress at all time.

Stress can affect the quality of our work that is why we should get rid of it. For me I have three ways of distressing my self.First is watching short movie clips in you tube which are funny.By this way it makes me relaxed and it eliminates body pains due to staying in the office for a long time. Another is listening to my favorite songs. When I listen to my fave music it re energizes me and at the same time makes me more motivated. The third is I take a sort nap especially if there are a lot of quizzes and assignments.

I just keep silent and I don't want to talk for a while. Sometimes, when I really feel stressed because of my peers, I don't talk to them and I just ask my close board-mates to play on-line/computer games. When I am upset, I just cry for a moment and after crying, I'm telling myself that, "it's ok, it's not a big deal anymore,it's just a challenge and tears can let it go". When I am unhappy, I find ways to unleash it, sometimes I am going to places like under a big tree, in the seashore or I'll climb and sat in the tree. Also, I am composing poems or songs with guitar chords. =)

I'm a happy person but I'm the shy type so whenever I am stressed from everything that's happening to me, I usually stay quiet and ignore the people around me. This is the usual reason why some of my friends misunderstood my attitude because I ignore them but what they don't know, its my own way of coping. Right now I am trying my best to overcome my stress through other things like listening to my favorite songs,eating sweets, talking to my cousins, reading novels or the bible at times, or taking a walk or watching my favorite television series. These stuffs really work but the most effective for me is being in a quiet place like an empty room or any place close to nature. Fresh air have this amazing way of shooing bad thoughts away. :)

Usually problems make me more stress. I usually cope to stress by means of sharing my problems to my trusted friends. I usually find shoulder to cry on to them. After i cried to them, i am starting to exchange jokes to them to further lessen my stress. Sometimes friends are not available because of their personal activities, that's why i prefer to go to some places to lessen my stress. I also do some activities like playing table tennis and singing to videoke. We could help ourselves in coping up with stress by making our selves more active in some activities that make us happy and relax.

When I am stress I usually go to some place wherein I can feel free from anything. I want to be alone and I don't want to talk with people. Playing some musics that can make me happy is one of the best thing that I do. Sometimes I will just look something that I can eat like chocolates and junk foods. That is how I deal with stress and after being alone with couple of hours I will become okay.

when I am stress, I sing the song "Too much love will you" and sometimes I match it with a dance. Sometimes i drink too hard when i can't find a reason to escape it so that at least, I can find myself happy ever for a short period of time.
