i have totally stopped watching horrors because they have become too weird, some are almost satanic and you feel like watching them too much can make you possessed.once i watched a movie on a girl that had evil demons in her,i was so terrified i could not climb the stairs alone and that night i had to sleep with my bible under my pillow and made my hubby hold me,i didnt even dare go to the toilet in the night for fear the devil may be hiding in the dark or under my bed.after this horrors are a no watch ever.whats your experience with such movies?

There's no need of getting scared by horror movies. Just think its not real. If you don't believe in paranormal & supernatural things, you won't be scared.

The funny thing is if you believe in God you automatically believe in the paranormal and supernatural things. pomwango why don't you try to watch horror movies with someone like r0cker does with his friends. pomwango you could watch Supernatural the television series which is a lighter kind of horror if you don't want to give up the horror genre completely.

It's funny I watch horror movies all the time and they don't even scare me. I always think to myself how boring horror movies have become, I don't know maybe the movie industry has a new law on how scary a movie should be because of some people having weak hearts. If these kinds of movies scare you why don't you watch the scary movie series, its kind of a funny horror slash parody.

I do not watch horror films because I cannot sleep at night and they also tend to stay in my memory much longer than others. I still remember Jaws and that was only a nature horror film. I do not find it entertaining to watch films about demon possession.

Im a sceptic myself so i dont belive in ghosts or demons. First of all cos there isnt any evidence for it.
Personally, i dont get scared of horror movies, but i have jumped out of my seat cos everyone in the cinema was screaming at the same time.
There is only one horror movie that really scared me, and that was The Grudge. I must admit that was the most creepy movie i have ever seen.
Horror movies nowadays are getting better, I think. Movies like helloween and Friday the 13th, are just funny:)
