Today I had to go to the hospital. I had to have some blood tests that my oncologist would see when she saw me after lunch. I talked to a cab driver I know and he came to pick me up a little bit late. To make up, he charged me 2/3 or the cost. I got to the hospital, had my tests, ate some sandwichs I had taken and bought myself a coffee and then went to the farmer`s market nearby until the doctor`s appointmen. I bought several yummy things at half the price of the supermarket near home. The doctor told me I was very well, the lymphoma was nowhere to be seen, everything was coming out perfect. When I was coming home, my daughter told me that the health insurance had paid a lot more than what I thought it would pay. Still we will not spend the money for some time just in case they messed up with the return. And then I come home, log into mylot and it says that we will be paid more these next 2 daysJEEZZ!!! Should I go and buy a lottery ticket?

THis one is down town and I would`t go if it wasn`t a block away from the hospital where I have my cancer treatment. It must be very similar to the ones where you are as probably they started with the colanization by the Spaniards. By the way, you can point what you want with your finger: we, latin americans, are quite friendly.

I don't like rum and I'm taking a powerful NASID that means I can't take other NASIDs... But I did take a dose of the hydrocodone that helped me sleep...

You can drink warn rhum with lemon juice. And you can take an aspirin with it. The rhum will make you sleep and the aspirin will take away the syntoms

I dunno about the lottery ticket. If good things come in threes, and that's four, you might just be pushing your luck. :D

I thoght like that too. I thought that if I pushed my luck too far, I`d start the bad threes. Right?

I'm glad you had some good days! I have been busy so this is the first time I have taken a break from other online activities to log in to mylot. I wish I would have done this three weeks ago when the higher paying days went on...oh well...I hope things continue to go well for you. Have a great weekend!

I'm not in it for the money anyway, I just wish I would have done something during the time anyway.

They were 2 days with more pay but although I could reach enough to get paid this month, I don`t post a lot anyway. For me, mylot is more like talking with friends, but earning $10 a month does nothing much to my budget.

Well, you know what they say, 'Luck comes in threes' or some such thing. Did you buy one? It's great you're so healthy now. Wonderful news my friend.

I didn`t buy the ticket, but I did enough luck for one day. 1. the doctor 2. the health insurance money and 3. mylot`s extra payments

I didn`t, but I should have. But I was too tired with the all day long trip which included fasting to get the blood tests done.

Oh well there is always another day. The main thing is the good news and now you are probably wanting nothing but some rest.

Wow! You've have good news from every direction! Congratulations on your clean bill-of-health! That is AWESOME news!!! I'm so very happy for you. You've had so much monetary good news that I would think a lottery ticket or two wouldn't hurt. lol I'd definitely be tempted to buy some if I were in your shoes. Go for it!

Athough the lymphoma is something that I will have to live with for the rest of my life, It is now on remission. I hope it is kept that way. I will wait for the money to be actually in my hands before I start buying more things

You sure did have a wonderful day with all of these good news. I think your luck is turning for the better so I would definitely play the lottery. So happy to hear that the lymphoma was no where to be seen. That is the best news ever. I wish nothing but the best and continue good health. I also wish you to play the lottery and win! Wouldn't that be the icing on the cake!

Although we know that, at a microscopic level the cancer is there, it has shrunk beyond expectations. I have my cancer treatment next week and hope to be able to go somewhere for a couple of weeks before my next treatment.

My lymphoma is on remission. I was told clearly from the beginning that this type had no cure. But it can stay quiet for the rest of my natural life.

I am so incredibly glad to read that your appointment with your oncologist went so very well and that the lymphoma is nowhere to be seen right now. I also have to say that I'm glad to hear that you were able to enjoy the time between the tests that you had to have run and the time that you had your doctor's appointment. And of course I do have to say that I think the fact that we were all offered this huge bonus for yesterday and today has been something that we've all really been able to enjoy.

Maybe you should go buy a lottery ticket before your luck runs out. There certainly are lucky days, and there are not so lucky days. Yesterday, I had an awful day. Again, I lost my job because the account wasn't stable and got pulled out. Now, we, the employees, are in a floating status and would be waiting for the company's call about the account we would be transferred.. or if they're going to give us a job, for that matter. I'm currently job-hunting in fear of losing a stable income. I don't care if I get a lawsuit for breach of contract. I need money to pay the bills. Plus, I have a reason to defend myself with supporting documents. Yes, I recorded my conversation with the human resources personnel. All I need is a good lawyer if ever the lawsuit gets filed.

I am glad that everything is going so well for you and that you are feeling better. That was nice of the cab driver to charge you less because he was late. I am glad that the insurance covered more than you thought and I hope that your return does not get messed up. You seem to be very lucky and I hope that the luck will continue.

What a wonderful day indeed for you. I am happy to hear that you are lymphoma free. Its good to hear that. Am happy that you're health is now okay. Enjoy your vacations like you used too. Now, you don't have to worry much on your health. As to myLotting, it is just now that I had known that we will be paid more.

The lymphoma is on remission. It is of the kind that doesn`t have a cure, but it is a slow grower and it is on remission. I have treatment every 3month so I try to have fun in between.

Wow, did you know that today is International Women's Day?- It was certainly yours! It is stressful going for the result of tests and I am so glad that yours brought good news. Rather than going out and buying a lottery ticket you might do better to clock up some mileage here as MyLot is doubling the money.

hahaha!! oh similar to what happened to me before, that i was feeling lucky during the day. I have had a few free tickets from raffle in our office, i won something again in another game and i thought hmm maybe i should try the lottery... but then the results came out that night in the lottery draw... boinks (dream on!) And i can hear God telling me, Don't push your luck... hahaha ;)

I know (and the oncologist knows) that the little beast is hiding somewhere. But it is greatly reduced and it is a non agresive kind. I have theraphy and scans every 3 months, but so far it is on remission. I have the idea that I should try to get vacations once every three months

Glad that you made it to the hospital on time and got the necessary tests done. Very happy to hear that the doctor says you are doing well. It is always nice shopping at the farmer's market. The produce is so much better than in the stores. Today was a great day for you. Glad that you may have some extra money coming your way.

The best was, of course, the appointment with the oncologist. I always go with fear to the appointments each three months. The lymphoma could decide to grow again any minute as it does not have a cure.

I thought I should buy a lottery ticket. As it is, it would be incredibly wonderful if the health insurance did not say that they did not calculate it right. I will not use up the refund yet, but will be very happy if in 3 or 4 months they don`t say a word.
