Hello myLotters! :)
I was just wondering what to discuss with you while eating chocolate and realized, why not chocolate! I am someone who's mad about chocolate and my day feels incomplete without having at least a small chunk of it.
I have heard many people avoid eating chocolates because they gain a lot of weight by eating them. Can that really happen? because I never gained weight by eating chocolates(my metabolic rate is definitely not high)
Few others say chocolate spoils teeth. Well I have been eating chocolates for more than 15 years and my teeth are absolutely fine. Is there anything else that chocolate can spoil?
Instead I believe there are many health benefits of having chocolate(dark chocolate).
Any chocolate lovers here?

Dark chocolate is best when consumed in moderate. It contains antioxidants, fibre, improves blood flow, lowers chances of heart stroke, brings a positive effect on mood, helps in reduce BMI and a lot more!
Finally, it makes us happy! :)

That photograph should not be allowed first thing in the morning, it has got me craving already. I have a friend who eats a lot of chocolate, I think it is her staple diet. She is strong and thin. I don't know about her teeth... She works very hard all day, I think the chocolate is a comfort food.

@Mbalie Check out this article if you want to find out more!
There’s always been a lot of confusion about chocolate – what type to eat, how much, types to avoid, etc. There are a lot of health benefits associated with the cacao bean. Find out what Dr. Mercola has to say about chocolate.
