Morning Yoga

I think if we do yoga in early morning it gives us more oxygen, which further increases our senses. I practically feel that yoga is not only exercise rather its state of living life. Its more important for us as compared to exercises, for living our life cool and prosperous.

I too practise yoga once a week along witb other form of excercise.Yoga is essentialy a very good form of excercise for breathing.It can keep you phsycially and emotionally fit.

It is also having the benefit of inner peace. Most people love to do yoga for relaxation and boost oneself to have energy from within.

@santoshojha5,You are right.The best time for doing yoga is morning,preferably before sunrise.I,for one,do yoga every morning after sunrise.Getting up before sunrise is very difficult for me as I have been a late sleeper.
