Morning Yoga

I think if we do yoga in early morning it gives us more oxygen, which further increases our senses.
I practically feel that yoga is not only exercise rather its state of living life.
Its more important for us as compared to exercises, for living our life cool and prosperous.

@santoshojha5,You are right.The best time for doing yoga is morning,preferably before sunrise.I,for one,do yoga every morning after sunrise.Getting up before sunrise is very difficult for me as I have been a late sleeper.
