Do You Know Your Blood Type?

I know many people dont care about such things but I have recently learned that according to your blood type their are certain foods you should avoid ect. Im 0+ and I looked up online what should and shouldnt be in my diet. For example Im lactose intolerant and it says I should avoid dairy like eggs and certain cheeses and it makes perfect sense since I cant stomache those things anyways. They say 0+ Blood type people should consume a high protein and low carbohydrate diet wich describes me best! I love meats and not a fan of bread, rice, or other things similar. It also made a point clear for me with the oils I can and cant consume, For example I love cooking and preparing meals with olive oil and it sayhs 0+ benefit from such oils but should avoid canola oil ect. Its important we all know our blood types and consume what is best for us to avoid health complications in the future.

Some of this advice is just generally sound. Other parts of it are really not accurate. I am also O+, but dairy is one of my best foods for health. I eat lots of eggs. I am diabetic, so I try for more lean proteins and meats and less high fat foods and fewer refined carbs. Some people say that Canola oil is bad for everyone. You can also get really good quality olive oil and some that has no value at all because of how it is processed. I will not give up my milk, eggs, and cheese.

I don't know my blood type but I already know I can't eat dairy - so you don't need your blood type to figure that out - my stomach told me!

@BACONSTRIPSXXX Another thing about blood types. 0+ is a real common blood type which is needed a lot for transfusions. But, guess what? I was only able to donate blood once. The next time I tried, the nurse said I was too thin and my veins were too thin for them to get any. It was frustrating.

There is so far no scientific proof that blood type has anything to do with diet. It's circumstantial evidences at best. My blood type supposedly should avoid alot of things I dearly enjoy & consume alot. If blood type diet is impactful, I should have developed some major health problem by now. And thankfully I haven't... So am going to erm continue eating what I've been eating anyway

When I got my blood type checked and I asked what it was, the nurse replied "B+" I said "WHAT IS MY BLOOD TYPE? Is that better?" She said, "I already told you, it's B+, and there's no need to shout!" "Oh" I said. "No, it's not O it's B+, how many times do I have to tell you?" the nurse replied. I said no more and left.

I'm O+ too. I naturally follow the O+ blood type diet loosely, because that's what always felt the best to me, even before I ever looked it up.

Yeah sometimes your body can naturally accept and reject certain foods, I for one cannot eat any type of dairy without getting stomache pain

Mine is a universal blood, type O. I agree that we should know our blood type. So that we you need blood transfusion. you can easily get the same blood type. Another thing, some couples usually checked their blood type to determine if the are compatible.

This is a big thing in Japan where people do blood-type diets but I don't think there's too much international evidence to support the idea. I'm an A+ so it turns out that my meat-free diet is apparently a good thing but that's really no more than coincidence.

Lol it can be a coincidence but maybe if you were to consume lots of meat your health would be affected by it ect, many say its a myth but I think your blood type has alot to do with your health when it comes to diets and certain foods
