Do you miss MyLot when you're out of town?

I admit that when I'm out of town, I miss reading and commenting on MyLot posts and discussions. I'm sure some of you take your mobile devices with you, but I do all of my reading and writing at home. Today, I'll be in Santa Cruz all day, playing music with friends at the "CCMC Music Camp Retreat." Some of the people I'll be playing with I only get to see once or twice a year. I'll bring my guitar and mandolin and see what happens. Of course, I'll have my ears and eyes open for interesting things to write about when I get home. Do you Miss MyLot when you're out of town? Or do you "take it with you"?

I always take my laptop with me whenever I travel, so I have access irrespective of location. So be warned, the fact that I take a holiday will not protect you from my ramblings and nonsense.

And for this we are most grateful. I especially like it when you share photos and stories from your trips.

Since I have and iPhone and ipad, I am ablt to access mylot on both, but i do need wifi for the ipad, where as the iPhone I don't. When I go somewhere and have to sit and wait for whatever, I can come in here with my iPhone. Now that there is a new site, and it can be done on mobile devices, I intend to do just that. In fact, I have posted a discussion on my iPhone with the new site, and it worked just grreat. I didn't have toi zomm in and out at all, and so therefore it makde it easy to post from it.

@TheHorse My iPhone is the only phone I use and have, so I am never without it for any reason. My son insists that I have it with me at all times, so for his sake, I will tak it with me. If he ever has to get a hod of me for any reason, then he will be able to.

I miss MyLot when I go to sleep. LOL. I love it here. But there are times when we cannot be online, mobile or otherwise. And yes, I do miss MyLot.

@inertia4 I tend to check MyLot with my first cup of coffee. But I REALLY enjoy rolling out of be when I am thinking of one of my on-going projects, be it a pair of speakers or one of our gardens.

I see younguns out there looking at their screens all day. A mama mountain lion could give birth to a baby mountain lion near a trail they were on, and they'd miss it.

I bet you'll have a load of stuff to write about when you get back. I remember the Blue Ridge Rock Festival up in northern Idaho. It was so great! THis was back n the 60's. Local groups from all around came to play. Some guy in a gas mask comes to mind.
