I am not so sure that I could do yoga. I've seen some pretty easy poses but then there are some that seem to be really complex. I bet it would help me though, especially with flexibility and strengthening my back. As a stock clerk that would come in very handy.
However, also as a stock clerk, I wouldn't want to do any kind of exercise that I would need to recover from as my own job is exercise in itself.
I've seen videos of pole dancing for fitness, belly dancing for fitness, and other "stripper" type dances for fitness. I would love to learn to belly dance as you really have to have control of your core with those moves.

I'll have to check her out. I've always loved yoga, but since i've had this problem with my knees, I've gotten away from it. I'm always looking for exercises I can do in a chair, or standing by a chair. Just nothing on my knees or even on the floor since...well, have you ever tried to get up off the floor without using your knees? It's not fun. :(
