saumitra awasthi I exercise daily and i everyday do jogging in the early morning and avoid eating foods in hotels as I used to do two to three years before..But I never plan any diet..People may have their own opinions regarding this..

saumitra awasthi I regularly do Yoga..But I do it without the help of any dvds or any Youtube videos..But you take help of these things that are great..In my TV one channel is there that is very helpful in doing various kinds of exercises and Yoga..Keep going..
