Yoga is a best exercise

Yoga changed my life. It gives me relief from back pain. I have the worst experience of back pain. I tried many medicines and exercises but did not get any positive results. In February my friend suggest me to do yoga. I tried it and surprisingly it reduces my back pain. After that I started do yoga every morning regularly. I think yoga is the best exercise if you want keep you body healthy and fit. Share any experience of yoga with me.

It is an exercise to have inner peace too. You can also to search this topic Proper Body Mechanics. It can also prevent having low back pain.

Yes, I completely agree with you..Yoga helps a lot.I regularly do Yoga.At first I used to go gym, but now i do Yoga and Pranayams..

That is exactly the reason why it is the most practised form of exercise both geographically and in respect to time as well. Most ancient form of exercise. I am right now doing Yoga breathing exercises coupled with meditation. After this will get into the physical form of Yoga.

@vikas776,I agree with you.Yoga works wonders.It not only keeps you fit,but it also provides you with mental peace.Doing yoga has been an indispensable part of my daily routine.If now I am the healthiest among all my friends,the credit goes to yoga.
